Spent about $42 in the drive through tonight. The staff were eating behind the counter and I almost cancelled my order. Should have. Corn dog was chewy.. like CHEWY. The patty on the burger was so thin. A cheap cheeseburger from McDonald’s is bigger. Food was not hot and fries were soggy.
Passing by stopped for lunch special beef stew and grilled cheese with a homemade lemonade. All was good a nice change from fast food for me. I was headed to chic FIL A next door figured I prefer mom pop places.
Best homemade ice cream around ! They are closing at like 2:00 because they can't get employees for evening shift ! Does any hard working people need a evening job ?

First time swinging through this part of nc and decided to try this mom and pop restaurant. It did not disappoint! Quick service, kind people, excellent food. Definitely will come again! I ordered balony and egg with mayo.
We went at lunch time, the staff was very friendly and explained any questions we had because we had never been there. My husband and I got two different types of burgers and they both were good. We then got dessert and the hot fudge cake and Boston shake were great!
