Great experience except for soda freestyle machine was out of 90% of flavors and was dispensing mostly seltzer water.Otherwise, no issues.
Disappointed... Ordered the "By the Pound" special. The chicken was tasty and good. However, the "pound of fries" was about 15 pc's total. Hardly enough to spread four ways. Ordered a separate chicken finger meal and that had more fries in the container than the family meal. The toast had no flavor. Worst of all...we did NOT get our cookies in the bag.The young man that gave me the food at the drive thru was friendly and smiling. That was one plus.Won't be back. Too expensive for what we received.
3 times I've been here for their chicken sandwich and asked for sauce and had barely if non at all on it. Kinda sucks our Zaxby's slacks on the condiments and the fries are soggy at times. I go to Zaxby's not in Mooresville if I eat their food and suggest the same if you want non rushed versions of their food. This place is slacking.
It was horrible today. Ordered to go got home my cobb salad had no tomato on it no boiled egg and one little piece of cucumber. Ordered fried chicken on it and the chicken was so hard and dried up impossible to eat. I paid 11.49 for a salad that wasn’t edible. The Mooresville location has gotten horrible in the last few months. This is the third time my food has been bad. This really needs to be addressed. They really didn’t deserve one star

The good: Chicken fingers were fresh and hot. The service was quick.The Bad: Everything else. I have given this location several tries in the past few months but it seems nothing changes. I know restaurants are struggling in these times, but if you can't offer a consistently quality product, find another business to invest in. The fries are always small slivers of potato and are cooked in dirty grease (very dark brown in color). They also have almost no seasoning on them. The toast, which used to be buttery and slightly crunchy, is now rubbery and bland. The dining room has been closed for a long time, and the personalities are very lacking in the only spot you can order, the drive thru. These seem like money-saving measures, and in return, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future to get what I pay for. I would highly suggest the owners move on to a coin car wash or something simple, and leave a restaurant to someone who will either run it correctly or close it.
Terrible customer service and lazy kids. Cold food. Drive thru should not take so long your food is no longer warm
I am sitting in the parking lot of Zaxbys eating my food. It's been a few months since returning because of BAD SERVICE AND COLD FOOD. However, tonight was AWESOME, my food was HOT AND DELICIOUS LIKE ZAXBYS SUPPOSED TO BE. THE YOUNG Man Dakota and the crew was very pleasant and customer service oriented. Fellas keep up the WONDERFUL WORK. IT'S BEEN A VERY LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE ENJOYED MY MEAL AND HAD AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY THE WAY WHO CARES IF THE DINNING ROOM IS CLOSED. GET OVER IT. THE CREW DONT want covid.
So disappointed. First time I ate here, chicken sandwich was pitiful: overcooked, small, thin, tough. Couldn't substitute another side for fries, even if I paid more. No coffee, only sodas and sweet tea. I won't go back. All the other chicken places have more dependable quality, let you sub sides, and I'm pretty sure they have coffee.
Open the dining room already. It's been almost 3 years. Covid isn't going away.
