Food was ok. Not the best...not the worst.
Very good place to eat
I went online and placed a delivery order and received a confirmation email for my order with a time of delivery. After we waited 40 minutes past the estimated time of delivery I call to find out they closed 12 minutes after my order was placed. No call back. No email. We recieved no indication there would be no pizza. Sadly this is the 2nd time this has happened with this location. I am extremely frustrated as now I have to scramble to feed 3 tired, starving teenagers.
Called to order a small pizza. Girl who answered phone says a 25 to 30 minutes wait to make a pizza they are busy. So I order the small and she says we don't have any right now. That's ok I say, I'm 25 minutes away so that should be enough time right? No, she says. We don't have any. Yes, I say, but in that time frame you can't make one? She calls out to someone and says, 'Hey can you talk to this lady. I tell her we don't have any small pizzas right now and she doesn't get it.' Whoa! Really? Another lady comes on phone and says Hey can I help you. I said to her 'you need to realize I do get it and saying that for a customer to hear isn't very cool'. She says to me, 'I didn't say it sweetheart'. Then I said 'Please don't call me sweetheart, I really don't...' she hangs up. So, rude customer service, rude management, poor everything. Funny thing is when I went in to get their store #, 027465, there was only 1 person waiting. 1 person. Never again,
Sorry to say this place is not the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. We have tried it several times and we have not had one good meal there. Come on, how can you mess up eggdrop soup and fried rice. Those were the last two things we tried from there. We may give it a little more time and try once more, three strikes and they will be out. It's a shame as it's close to home, it doesn't matter, if the food is no good we'll have to travel further for better.
Great pizza love their food the service is great sometimes the deliveries slow so you may want to pick it up yourself but otherwise if you have an issue they will make sure they take care of you
We have been getting pizza and occasionally hot wings and waffle fries from this location for a couple of years now, and we have always been completely satisfied. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious !!
