I waited over 15 minutes in line inside just for another customer to come in and ask “are you taking orders” and she just nodded her head and didn’t say I can take next or anything they’re all moving super slow and the cashier proceeds to give me an attitude it was at 1-1:30 so it definitely wasn’t rush hour. The poor customer service at this location just isn’t acceptable I don’t understand why they have to be rude when all I want is my food and return to work which I was late to because they took so long DONT COME HERE !!!
Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and frosty..and slthough Wendy's is usually good..the burger had no cheese or bacon on it and they forgot the frosty...not such a great lunch becauseof that!! Is ike they forgot how to make it or that had a new person that did not know how to make it!!! Terrible lunch..wish I could my money back!!!
Nice location staff is very friendly is a lot better than the one I went to in Flemingsburg Kentucky
Took our online order but the restaurant was closed due to lack of staffing. I understand the current issues but you shouldn't take our order then. Wasted 25 min of my time
I literally told the cashier 3 times I can’t have cheese and after 38min of waiting burger had cheese, no straw, and food cold.
Had to wait in line for 20 minutes after ordering food. Food was cold. Fries were overcooked. Staff standing around talking and not working for most of the time I sat at window (7 minutes)

Got eyes rolled at us several times and sugar packets slung in the trash in front of us. First the lady looked at the manager and said they are paying with cash, is that illegal now lol. Then the was going to put sugar in the coffee, we seen it and ask her not too. Looked at us very angry, rolled her eyes and in front of us slung the packets in the trash. Then as they handed us the food, we killed them with kindness and said thank you, again the eye roll lol. January 29th 9:30 am. No plans of visiting here ever again, their attitude was so ridiculous that it was actually funny, but too early in the morning for their attitudes when we are just trying to get some biscuits
Food was good, the wait was bad, manager allowed one person to buy all biscuits, waited 15 min to order, then No Biscuits?
My chicken nuggets were so undercooked and they never gave back my card so I had to go pick it back up. When I went to get it back I got no sorry no nothing and it was the TRAINER that did it. I can only imagine how the other employees are getting trained by him. Even the manager didn’t apologize and handed me my card with food all over her hands. Disgusting
