If I could give this Wendy's *negative* five stars, I would...The service was quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced at any fast food joint. I can sum up this experience by noting that it came down to the workers simply not caring. The lady behind the register didn't care, the one woman that appeared to be the manager didn't care, and it all permeated to two folks who were more interested in chatting and flirting with people in the drive through than actually trying to get food prepared. There was one new employee who seemed to care, but it was marginal, at best. The lack of urgency was appalling.I'm just glad this isn't my local Wendy's (not that it's any better) - this one was truly and honestly terrible.

Would give less than 1 star if it was available. This stop was ridiculous. Had to wait to give my order too long since I was the only one in line at the drive thru, had to give the order 4 times. She kept asking me to repeat it. Bad background noise in the restaurant. Sounded like the crew horsing around. Paid cash when I got to the window. Waited again for the first bags of food ( taco salad & single) checked the bags and was missing 2 baked potatoes and the girl said oh yes I am getting them. She came back to the window couple minutes later and asked for the money again and I am sure the look on my face reminded her I already paid. Then a few minutes later she brought the potatoes and I asked for my receipt and she said she didn't have it she thru it away. Terrible service. Food was ok. Staff was goofing around looking into the kitchen area. Never again.

Went for breakfast. Used the drive through where the lady could not understand anything we were ordering. Then no drink trays. After we pulled up and had to wait they came out to inform us of no biscuits which was basically our entire order. Went in to get a refund where not many people were friendly to find out they did have our food. Left with the food and our chicken biscuit was barely a piece of chicken and our biscuits looked as if they were pieced together. Biscuits were basically a bottom biscuit with the top crumbled on. Worst experience at wendys to date.

Messy. Drink dispenser had dried up sticky soda everywhere and going down the front of it. Food was not good, fries were hard and to be honest My stomach was upset the rest of the day, couldn't even eat dinner that day. I had never ate there because their sanitation score was a 92.5 and that is unacceptable. I seen their score went up, I was excited. But when I went in and I got my food, I was very disappointed ☹️.

When I got in line, there was only 1 car in front of me. As I sat there, still, for 10 minutes, the line built up behind me and nobody took the order of the car in front of me. I gave up and left. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time I went there, I went inside. There were 2 people working and I still had to wait a little more than 5 minutes, and there was nobody else in there but me. I get that unemployment struggles are affecting businesses everywhere, but that's a lot of pressure to put on two employees. This Wendy's is located in a popular location, and the lack of service is inexcusable.Update: My latest visit saw a much more attentive staff. I went in to place my order and was helped by a lovely lady who's been with Wendy's for over 20 years. She said she was retiring soon, but she introduced me to Wendy's chili seasoning packets. Her customer service alone was enough for me to change my review from 1 star.

I don’t normally eat here but I wanted to get a quick bite after a long workday. After waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive thru line I was told before I made my order that the restaurant was closed. I am puzzled how it can be closed when they close in 3 hours. Before I exploded I wanted to see if they were short staffed maybe. No, full staff I just guess they were lazy and wanted to go home early. I am truly upset in how they treated their customers that was waiting for almost an half hour. Just told us, “Bye, we’re shutting down.” No apologies or reason as to why they were closing early.

This place always have a line wrapped around the building in the drive-thru. Waiting for minutes upon minutes just to order. Since the dining room is closed there is no reason the drive-thru wait time should be so long. Your only servicing one area. This place is super slow no matter what time of day it is.

Warning! Check your bag!!Wendy’s Corporate, Revoke the Franchise Owners License at this location, Fire the Manager, Fire all the employees at this location and START OVER! Mooresville deserves better than this.Nasty nasty nasty attitude at this Wendy’s and especially drive thru. Never seen such apathy and disrespect and I have been to hundreds of Wendy’s across the southeast. This is NOT a “Short Staffing” issue!! It is SOUR attitude, SLOW service, RUDE tones! Also REVENGE wrong orders (if they decide they don’t like you) are practiced here! They will give you the wrong items and hope you don’t check your bag till your 30 miles away and to late to come back.

I was delivering for doordash this morning. I got an order for Wendy's. When I got there the doors were locked. There was a sign on the door saying dining room clothes due to staff shortage. I went through the drive-thru and a woman who turned out to be the manager answered she told me that they would not be open until 10:30. it was around 8:30 at the time. I asked her how could I get a doordash order for that location if they weren't open yet. She told me she did not know but she figured I would just have to call doordash. Well I feel for them and their staffing issues, it left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended.

I don’t normally frequent this location, and I typically operate with an immense amount of grace during the pandemic. With this visit, I was thoroughly disgusted. My order was missing a couple of items, so I returned to the location, and waited, and pulled around again to the window where I was met with a series of questions that was being funneled by the “manager” to the employees. One of the things that was missing from the order was a medium chocolate frosty. I overheard a person who I believed to be the “manager” validating the claim because they didn’t have chocolate available, now mind you I had ordered and already received the small chocolate frosty I paid for, just not the medium. So, they give me the vanilla frosty and when I stated that wasn’t what I ordered, and offered the receipt the reply was that is all they had. Also, they gave me my Coke Zero littered with ice, when I ordered it without. Now, this could have been a quick, corrective visit, but it turned into a 15 minute exchange predominately between the black, heavyset, female manager with glasses and her subordinates and the tone in which she was speaking was disrespectful, since she didn’t have the decency to speak to me but was speaking about me. I recommend bypassing this location, even though it’s off the highway.
