Pizza was the best I've had in the Mooresville/Kannapolis/landis area. Double cheese and Double Pepperoni looked exactly like it should, they definitely don't hold back on the toppings, two pieces and I'm stuffed.
My friends ordered 7 pizza during business hours and blamed us for ordering to late when that’s their job to fulfill said order during business hours. They acted very unprofessionally and were very rude them on the phone. I would not recommend this establishment. They should take responsibility for their own order fulfillment. They did not offer any reimbursement or discount for the 45 minute wait. They do not seem to want new business.
We ordered some pizza for a party we’re having for delivery. They never delivered it and said they “didn’t get the ticket”. So we sent someone to pick up the pizza In person and we were told “ it was our fault for ordering so many pizzas” (7 pizzas) Sorry we tried supporting your business I guess?Update: the pizza is very good, I don’t know what the problem was with the delivery order or blaming us about it.
The frustration isn’t worth it. Their attitude, poor service, and lack of communication isn’t worth their subpar food. They lost our order, blamed us for placing “such a large order,” asked us to pick our pizzas up (because they refused to deliver AFTER TWO HOURS OF WAITING) and were extremely rude to us upon arrival. I wish this was a joke. I’m so embarrassed about this experience.
This is always my go to place for pizza. They never disappoint! Tonight, I ordered, after 2 hours no delivery. After 2 calls questioning where my order was, the person that answered the phone was so nice and kind. And when the order showed up, it was still fresh and hot. And the driver was also so nice. My point is, be kind, workers are doing the best they can!! And this will still always be my go to place for pizza!!
Placed an order tonight 12-5 at 7:45pm. Google AND the sign on the door both say that they are open until 9. I get all the way to the store to pick up my food (arrived at 8pm) to find the doors locked and an employee yelling through the door that they're closed. I told him that I placed an order and he said that he already refunded my card. Highly dissatisfied and quite hungry. Also have no proof of refund (no cancelation email or anything like that), so I guess time will tell on that end.Edit: Refund was processed and food is normally great. Just need to update hours.
We were craving pizza and this did hit the spot. The chicken BBQ pizza was good. I will say there was too much cheese for my liking but the pizza was good. Would recommend asking for lite cheese if you aren't a fan of a ton of cheese.
Typically, the pizza is good. However, recently the pizza is not fully cooked and you can tell there is no care taken at all. I called in to management to discuss the price changes on Uber Eats and he tried to “hush” me by saying okaaaay!!!! I gave him a word of advice and let him know that you do not do that to a customer because it is rude! The service here is going downhill quickly. He apologized, but only after I told him how rude he was. This used to be my fav pizza spot, but not now. Repeat business is how you remain in business and it is key in a pandemic. Your customers are your most valuable assets! Without them, there is no business or a job for you Mr. Manager!!!!!!!! Okaaaay!!!!
Best wings in town. And the pizza is good too.
Really good fresh pizza. $4.50 for a personal is perfection. Ready in 10 minutes. Definitely going back.
