Went to Taco Bell and was missing like 4 nachos fires that I ordered and didn’t realized till we got home. They also forgot the sauce I asked for.
Other than a couple of missing tacos for my meals it was really good. Friendly cashier, quick service and fresh food.
I'm not sure what goes on inside here (because they usually keep the doors locked) but this has got to be the slowest place I've ever been. It almost feels faster to grow and harvest your own crops to eat. The quickest service I've had here was 30 minutes in the drive thru. This is regardless if I order ahead (online) or at the speaker. I intentionally avoid this location and try to talk folks into going elsewhere, including other Taco Bells, mostly Troutmans' ?♂️
This tacobell is delightfully quaint with a cast of characters inside that makes for a fantastic people watching experience. Up until recently, they had multiple signs outside discussing their non existent breakfast options. When I queried about this, they explained their evil corporate overlords forced them to put up this nonsensical signage even though they didnt serve the delectible egg, potato and sausage filled burritos that teased me from the outside. I give this Taco Bell 8.5 fire sauce packets!
Really nice woman who took my order and everything was correct. Lime was long but they were moving lol. Keep up the great work(plus they should get a raise?)
Definitely wouldn't waste my time going here again! Sat in the drive thru for over an hour for 2 items smh. Staff always claims to only have 2 people working but once you arrive at the window you see over 5 people doing nothing. Ridiculous for the amount of time people have to wait. Majority of the time there's loud explicit music playing, staff on their cell phones, staff outside in their cars smoking weed! Meanwhile the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and your there waiting for over an hour for NOTHING!!! If you go here consider having your gas tank on full nothing less than!
Love coming here, quick and easy. Sometimes lines are long but everyone wants Taco Bell so it is what it is. Great food and people.
The manager the Stockholm bell could not manage his way out of a wet paper bag with the end open. The manager told me I was gonna have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to place my order while the cashier working drive-through stood and driveAnd took one order the whole time. They made 4 orders for the dining room while I was here and 2 of them were wrong.
This message is for corporate, not the employees who work here it is not their fault. I consider myself a patient person but the drive thru wait time at this location is ridiculous. The food is very good, so five stars for that, but corporate needs to hire more people. Wait time should not be an hour when six cars are in line.
This is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever had. Everything was fresh, the service was great, and they were not stingy with toppings. Whoever runs this store, is doing amazing. Also, the employee who took my order, was super friendly. To whomever made the new boxes we tried, you know what you are doing! Great job, guys. We will definitely be back!!
