Would not recommend bringing your kids her based of experience with a gentleman proclaiming to be the owner. This was our first time ever at a Sweet Frog and did not know what was offered. My son and I had walked in to see what it was based off of pictures online. The owner stopped us as we walked in and said the line starts here. Even though there wasn't a line. I tried to explain I just wanted to see what Sweet Frog was. I started to proceed to see if we were even interested in the ice cream there. He put his arm up and began to be rude to me and my son. Not giving me a chance to explain what I was doing. I said no worries. I told my son to let's go. That is when he followed us out the door making rude comments. My son was excited to try something new but by his actions made sure that we will not be back.
Very small not many choices. The other store was way better!
Staff is kind, yogurt is delicious and I can’t wait to go again.

The froyo is great but the hospitality not so much. The girls were rude didn’t say a word to us and only looked at their phones the whole time.
Website says closes at 10pm. Paper sign says closes at 9:30pm. Sign says open but the doors are locked at 9:25pm????? 5 patrons hungry for ice cream, 12 patrons eating ice cream outside. Sounds like a missed op to make money.....yes, I wanted an ice cream???
Reasonably priced. Helpful workers.
Staff was unpleasant to us.We are seniors and have ARP cards and they wouldn't except it for discount. We won't be back.
Location has very minimal flavors. Cashier seemed annoyed when we asked for whipped cream. Lacked in customer service.
