They don't have highchairs and the boosters don't have straps to keep the child in so definitely for an older toddler that can keep themselves seated. But the food is always great and fresh. The cheese cups don't taste like cheap cheese. Great prices.
Dined in, burgers and fries were lukewarm, looks like they held them back waiting for shakes to be made. Burgers were not as good as they used to be. Shakes were good, even though they don't offer the variety they used to.
I had a daughter mom day with my mom and we had stopped in for dinner. Around 830 pm. We were treated with nothing but disrespect. The manager I believe was giving me attitude and ignoring everyone that was standing at the pick up counter. There was no sauce out, straws,spoons,forks,etc. I had ordered a milkshake and got it at the END of my meal. And when I had asked I had gotten attitude and was told they didn’t know. I was told it was the manager being rude. The store was absolutely dirty and it was a terrible experience.
ah, welcome back!!!!! I missed Steak and Shake. My first time visiting the newly opened Steak and Shake in Mooresville and my stomach was happy. I love the burgers and fries. The new four for $4 meal is a beautiful addition to the menu. Also, they did forget to add the fries I ordered in my bag (next time I'll double check), but, but, I am willing to let that go, because I love their burgers and shakes. :)
First time back since they closed and reopened...same great food just no waitresses! Card only-no cash payment option. When you walk in, you order from a kiosk, receipt prints with your order number. Find a seat and wait for your number to be called...it's not rocket science! I ordered the single cheeseburger with fries..food came out hot and exactly as I ordered.
Me and my mom went through the drive through and both ordered the same food. Plain double cheeseburger with cheese fries except one was supposed to be a medium. When handed our food both fries were the same size and one burger had ketchup, pickles, and onions. When we told the gray headed lady this she took the bag with an attitude and dug through the bag. She took the onions and pickles off and gave that same burger back with ketchup on it when nothing was supposed to be on it. Very disappointed with the workers. She said her excuse was that she was new and and clicked the wrong button when the receipt was correct. Horrible service and will not come back to this location.
Amazing service, great food. The manager helped us changing our order and gave a milkshake to my son. All our food was great!!!
Myself and family ate their for lunch today. The self serve ordering was new to me but super easy. I was greeted by the owner and he was super friendly and welcoming. They even had the seasoning salt for sale! Compared to the location at Concord Mills, this service is 10/10. Food was great, service was great, and the dining area was clean.
Went there for dinner since it opened up for business again. Was less than impressed. The dining room was very dirty with messy tables and sticky floors. The trash bins were full and extremely messy. We had to clean our own table and seats. (Thank goodness we had baby wipes) They food was only ok. My family and I had previous bad experiences there before it shut down, and thought since it reopened we would try it again. I've noticed that most places that work short staffed will ignore one thing or another to focus on other things and this place was no exception. In this case...the sanitary conditions of the dining room. There were just not enough people working. On the other hand, I do like the kiosk that you order the food on yourself.
Love their new hi-tech self service system. Food and service is always great. The floors need to be kept clean, is Covid season please place more health protocols in restaurant.
