The absolute WORST!!! The employees at this Starbucks have ZERO customer service skills. If you stop in for a coffee/treat/cup of water here, be sure to anticipate at least a 10 minute wait... (even if there isn't a single person in front of you). They almost deliberately intentionally make an effort to move as SLOWLY as humanly possible. If there are even 2 people in line, LEAVE, trust me. Multi tasking is a concept that they have never even heard of. No smile, no hello, just rude, slow and ineffixient

They used to always have the pink drink mix! What happened?!?
The staff is super polite and courteous. I always appreciate a good ole fashion, hello, thank you; you know proper exchanges one would expect while entering a place of service, but these days you are not treated like a customer. Well, this Starbucks I have been visiting for over 3 years and they never miss a hello or thank you. So, I will say, thank you for that, it means a lot to me to be treated kindly.
