This Starbucks is always a hit or miss. 50% of the time the drinks are perfect and the other 50% they are a complete miss. Also, this location is literally out of everything! One of the employees told me that they were getting in a shipment that next day so my fave drink (chai tea) would be back. Over a week later they are out again.This location is always busy as well. Prepare to wait a minimum of 20mins. Even if there are only a few people in the drive thru.
Patiently sat and simmered here for 23 minutes and watched over a dozen people get their drink and food orders while I was waiting for my coffee. I asked if there was an issue, Jimmy (the barista) simply said that they're backed up. After the 26min mark, I finally witnessed him begin my coffee order. No apologies when my coffee was placed on the bar, just non verbal hostility. I don't fully understand why I was singled out.... but as a combat veteran, Seattle native and minority, I'm nothing but dissapointed. PSA: NEVER ORDER THE COLD BREW AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT
Love the Baristas here, the drinks and the service is always A+!!! This is the first location I have noticed that holds a 100% Health Rating! You go ladies!!!
Somehow I have become addicted to Starbucks mango dragon fruit refresher. Do not try it. You will not be able to stop drinking it either.
This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks in the area and they also struggle to get your order right. The Cornelius NC location is much better.

This Starbucks is constantly closing for no reason. Please sell this franchise to someone that knows how to run a business. It's such a shame that the only drive thru Starbucks in Mooresville has to be this one.
I learned today they do not fix drinks the same as any other Starbucks. I ordered the Strawberry Refresher as I do from ANY other store and they are the only one that doesn’t use Lemonade. After asking, they said they don’t fix it like the rest of the stores. Why wouldn’t they all fix them the same?
