Sat in the drive thru behind another man. Neither of us were helped for 10 minutes. We went to the parking spots to order, sat there for 15 minutes. Still no one ever answered. Went back to the drive thru. And as soon as they answered at 8:32pm they said they were no longer serving food. They close at 9. As my boyfriend tried to explain what happened he was ignored. Never at any restaurant I’ve worked would this be acceptable!
Food is decent when you are allowed to order. Third time I’ve stopped at the drive though and sat for 5 min waiting to get no response or anything. Just to drive around to see staff leaning in cars talking with friends also smoking cigarettes. Plus can’t tell you how many times I’ve been given cc tots when I’ve ordered cc fries. It’s not a big deal fries and tots but we’ll in the double digits they’ve gotten that wrong.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Went to get a burger. they said drive through only I started an order through the app. Their order stand said half off special burger in the app. The so called manager (who refused to give me his name) said their board doesn’t say that. i asked him to come see the board, he said no and started yelling at me to leave his store. I have never experienced such a rude employee of any establishment like that. Absolutely terrible! Most definitely will never go back.
Easily the worst place I have ever eaten. The staff is SLOW ? and the food is NEVER fresh. They get the orders wrong and mixed up and they get an attitude when you bring it to their attention. Sadly this is the onlySonic near me. I try to give em a chance every once in a while but it gets worst everytime.
Worst Sonic ever, slowest food spot in Mooresville. Everytime I come here they take forever to bring my food out, even if I’m the only car there. Food is always greasy/cold and makes my stomach hurt after. Cherry limeade tasted like straight cherry juice with extra sugar. Never again.
I don’t often contact a restaurant because of a complaint but this time was completely over the top. To start, my order was wrong my drinks were wrong but I can deal with that. But the food was terrible. Brown nasty grease was dripping from my tots. It would be one thing if the oil was clean but this was disgusting. The food was cold, soggy and inedible. I spent nearly $30 on this and am not happy. I tried to send them a message on this page, to allow them to make it right, but nobody ever responded.
This is by far the slowest restaurant in Mooresville. Every aspect of the experience is slow. From having my order taken, waiting in line to get to the window, and then paying and receiving my food I never spend less than 10 minutes in line. Even if I'm the only car. I have spent minutes waiting at the call box before having my order taken. On a few occasions I have gotten no response at all. The employees seem minimally interested in doing their job. They look disheveled, and dirty most of the time. If I didn't enjoy the food Sonic has to offer I would avoid this establishment like the plague.
As a former sonic employee, I was very disappointed in the food. The fries & tots were cold & old, they did not chop up my sausage & egg for my breakfast burrito, & my fries were literally dumped upside-down in my bag. The food was NOT fresh & my family & I were very disappointed. I know the potential the food has if prepared properly & this was not it. For the amount of effort it took to ruin our meal, they could have just prepared it properly. Don't Eat Here!!!
Simply disgusting. Lettuce on the burgers was brown and slimey. The buns were stale and there was almost no condiments on the burgers. Essentially a dry burger on stale buns.Inexcusable quality.
Waited 20 minutes to get melted ice cream only 3 cars in the lot and 1 worker very dissatisfied I should’ve gone to the cold stone across the street if I wanted something good. And the fact they have bot that talks for them instead of actually helping there customers is pathetic.
