The weekend employees are rude ; they mess up your order and have to sit until they remake the order. Majority of the young employee females are more interested in running to the back of the store to joke and play with the young employee males. They won’t allow you to scan your app because they’re in a rush to get to the back of the store. From now on, I’ll just be going to the Huntersville store .
LOVE LOVE LOVE Smoothie King! They have the best high protein snacks and I love the way the smoothies are made here. All the employees are always so sweet and nice. Very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. I work a few stores down so it's convenient and easy for me to grab a Smoothie and some munchies on my lunch break. The easiest way I found is to order about 10 minutes before my lunch break on their app then just swing by and pick my order up. It's as simple as that. My favorite and what seems to work just right for me is their Activator Smoothie with a few add on's. Gotta have my peanut butter and a shot of energy and I'm good to go for remaining 5 hours of my shift. Highly recommend Smoothie King in Mooresville!
Smoothies always taste great. There were a few people in line when we got there and a bunch more came after us. Two girls did their best to take orders while making everyone's drinks.4 stars because my smoothie sat in the blender for a while because they didn't put enough stuff for two drinks, & they made about 5 orders while I stood there waiting.
The place is ran by a bunch of kids with no adult present. I always order my smoothies in advance on the app before I go. Most of the time they are not ready at the pickup time when I get there. It’s so frustrating because I’m generally in a hurry. I have gotten there before and the workers were in the back goofing off and I had to call out to them. The printer was loaded with orders while they were socializing with each other. No apology, they just looked at me like I was interrupting them. I always say I’m gonna just go to clean juice because they have excellent customer service and are always prompt with their orders, however I always give it another chance. It’s not the owners fault, he doesn’t know how these kids are ruining his business.
This place is convenient & good smoothies. Although they don’t have collagen and the worker didn’t know what it even was when I asked ? haha. I ordered the pure recharge mango strawberry with protein. It was delicious ?
We go here a lot but yesterday when we visited, the girl at the register stayed on her phone while we walked up and even when I first started to order. They made the smoothie wrong and then I ran back in to ask if they added sugar when I asked for no sugar and she said yes. She then told me she wouldn’t remake the smoothie until I ran back out and brought the smoothie back in. For this reason, we will not be back. Very unprofessional and the girl who made it didn’t apologize as she was on the phone.
Usually I love coming in but today as soon as my husband and I walked in the whole atmosphere felt different. There was to two ladies talking to a man He was standing there so im assuming he was just visiting them, the one girl walked into the back, and the other took the order, well as soon as she seen me she immediately stared at my stomach and I felt really uncomfortable with the look on her face. The only way I can explain her look is to describe it as a look of disgust (I was wearing a shirt that showed a little skin but nothing to bad, it wasn’t even really a crop top). My husband and I were looking at the menu and the Lady stared us down the whole time my husband ordered first she was super snappy I ordered and then immediately walked out to the car as I felt like we were a inconvenience. At this point I’ll just make the drive and go to the hickory location.

I had this nice young lady. Who helped me figure out my all time favorite smoothie. She told me her name and I am pretty sure it was Amelia if I am not mistaken. Will definitely be coming back!
