Good hospitality and good food!
Good is always good. Service was very good.
Clean, clean restrooms, and good food. Friendly staff. Like how you order with a server, but someone else delivers the drinks, makes it very efficient and gives the servers time to do what they need to do.
This is the second time my family of four has visited this establishment and they tried to seat us right by the toilet. The first time, we thought it was because of social distancing, but there were many other open tables available. Tonight was no different. We refused the table and asked to be seated else where. Again, numerous empty tables. Literally 2 minutes after seating us, a non African American family of 3 were seated at a window booth far away from the toilet. So why was my family placed there?The burgers were subpar. Will not be going back. My family is not paying for a night out, next to the toilet. Do better.
We have eaten here in the past and never had any issues but we went there this week and had an awful experience! We were not greeted upon entering and the waitress who came to get our drink order just stood there and looked at us. No hello, no “hi my name is…” . It was beyond appalling. We assumed she wanted our drinks so we ordered then asked if everyone was ok. It was awful. We left. I also emailed corporate so they knew what was happening at this location and requested a response from them but did not receive one. So from restaurant to corporate they don’t care about customer service! We will NEVER eat at any Red Robin again!
I finally tried something new. And it was amazing! This is our new burger place.
We were a large group a mixture of adults, kids and infants. Our waiter was phenomenal. He kept our drinks filled and our food was exactly how we ordered. I would definitely save room for the mile high mid pie!
The food was okay, but not for the price. We could have eaten at a nicer restaurant with better food and still not paid that much for basically a hamburger and fries! Not eating there again!
Went to red robins for lunch and our server Elizabeth did an amazing job waiting on us and she was so polite and kind and helped me pick out the best burger I ever had because I didn't know which one I wanted. Thank Elizabeth and the amazing staff!
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Every time we come they never disappoint! Kind and fast staff I’m completely unsure why the lines aren’t out the door. If you want a burger this is the only place you should be going !!!! Thanks Red Robin for always exceeding expectations here !
