Go get this now! Wife did build your own and basically got everything. Ordering is similar to Subway I ? you pick a base, pick a protein, pick all the toppings you like, pick a sauce or sauces. 12.50. We'll be back regularly. I'll get pics next time

This is only a 4.8 stars if you're grabbing a healthier fast food meal on the run. We drove 35 minutes to sample Poke Bros based on the great reviews. Modest helpings and sauce heavy; the fish alone was tasteless. (Sauces are a great way to cover up tasteless older or poorer quality fish.) 100% plastic, ready to go. Don't expect to be uplifted; staff aren't a happy lot and they don't like questions or straying off their "Signature" (standard) bowl recipes; the unhappy attitude would be a management issue. No alcohol, of course--it's fast food. I will say the mochi were better than average. However, bigger servings, fresher fish, more delicate sauces, sake, Japanese beer AND a full bar, and much happier, knowledgeable staff having a good time (and sometimes a real DJ) are available just a few miles away in Cornelius at Cool Fish; definitely worth the drive. Total prices for meals will be about the same, maybe maybe 5% less as Poke Bros.
Wow! I'd only ever had a Poke bowl once before and boy oh boy did this one blow the other one out of the water. I ordered extra salmon on bowl but I could barely finish it. I think next time I'll try it without the extra and see how the portions work out. Thumbs up! Ill be back again soon.
Since I’m not a middle aged white woman (though unfortunately one day i will be?) I have never felt strongly enough to leave a review about anything. But, I’ve been ordering from here pretty regularly lately and I always get the same thing. Its my favorite celebratory meal, my favorite depression meal, my favorite high meal, etc. It’s always so much food that I can never eat it in one sitting, rather two or three, and it’s always good. That being said I don’t know who made my poke today but it was literally incredible. Like 3x better than normal, and like I said it’s ALWAYS good, I have never been disappointed. It also looked great but by the time I decided I would leave a review I had demolished the majority of it. Whoever you are, thank you for your service.
I love poke bowls in general. I’ve tried them from several places. I have been wanting to try Poke Bros because the pictures look wonderful and the reviews are great! This is hands down the best one I have ever had!! I just called the restaurant to let them know… that’s how good it is! It taste SO FRESH and full of flavors!! Amazing! ?
Always fresh and very delicious! Must try, but, probably not the best for people with small palettes. I didn't like it at first but then I started to eat more and now I really like it!
Fast, fresh and inexpensive way to enjoy sushi! Great service and definite plus for gluten-free allergies!
