Everyone complaining about the service lately needs to understand this is a severely understaffed store. For the most part I only see 2 maybe 3 people working in there and if they’re lucky they have a delivery driver. Most of the time they have to doordash deliveries. People need to stop acting like they are the only customers. If you don’t want to wait an hour for delivery, come pick it up.
I've ordered a lot from this particular Pizza Hut! They used to be excellent! Always on time and the food was very good. I don't know what happened to them lately! Now you're lucky if you can get a pizza delivered! I don't know if they can't get anyone to work or what but I've had to cancel multiple orders because they won't take cash or they don't have a driver, etc. I just flat out won't order from them anymore if that's the best they can do! I'd rather drive to Norman Station Pizza Hut and get carry out than deal with this Pizza Hut anymore!
This location needs to close, do a deep clean, and hire an entire new staff if they want to succeed. The food is horrible and everyone that works and this location looks dirty, and has bad customer service skills. Even if the food was good, you will lose your appetite when you see the people that made it. This is an honest review. I can guarantee the positive reviews are fake.
If I could give negative stars, I would. There have been various issues with thus location over the years-late orders,cold orders, incomplete orders; but last night waste final straw. Ordered pizza at 6:35 pm. Estimated delivery time was 80 mins, a little long but okay.keot checking the order tracker,said the pizza was out for delivery at 7:25pm. At 8:10 pm, there was no food delivered, no updates. Tried to call the location multiple times only to be met with an automated "this location is closed" and then disconnected-even though their posted hours are til 11pm AND they were still taking online orders. (note-I tried to call and followup today at 11:30 am(again they are "open" but the same "this location is clised" message and a disconnect) My card was fully charged for the food, delivery fee and tip but no food was ever received. By the time we gave up on food actually getting here last night it was too late to do anything else. They effectively stole money from me. I called the 800 number, who told me someone would contact me in 1-3 days to SEE about processing a refund. This is beyond bad customer service and business practice. Avoid this place.
Pizza looked great, unfortunately found a hair baked into the crust before I could even enjoy.
There was a black medium size hair in the pizza. I will never purchase from this store again. It was disgusting.
The woman on the phone was super sweet. Asked for my order extra crispy. It was perfect and on time.
I love the meatball topping, and for some reason the store where I live does not carry it anymore but this store does. I hope they do not discontinue it.
This was no doubt the best pizza I had ever had. It was ready moments after my arrival. The curbside pickup was so appreciated and the female staff member was pleasant and professional. The pizza was hot and prepared exactly how ordered.
Excellent customer service. I ordered online, picked up curbside with only one minute of waiting to verify I was outside, and then employee was very polite and prompt. The food was good as always. Will recommend and return myself.
