The pizza was good but the service and the cheese sticks with marinia sauce was terrible.The cheese stick sauce was cold and tasted terriable. Me and my family don't like cold sauce and it used not to be cold. It used to be nice and hot to make the cheese sticks taste awesome but not any more. Now for the service when they say they are dine in was terrible. Yes I get they maybe short staffed name a place that isn't but if you can't handle dine in don't say you are allowing dine in. So something needs to change and change fast cause I will definitely be going to a different pizza from now on. The order was ready to take home with paper plates and plastic silver ware and sometimes plastic just don't cut even pizza. So yeah it was not dine in we where never checked on once. It was definitely the worst service I have had in a restaurant in my entire 30 some years of life.
We didn't realize that it was as late as it was until the staff delivered our pizza to our table.We were told to just take our time and enjoy our meal as they still had their closing routine in the back, so we had plenty of time to "get 'er done." ?The staff are super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.This is definitely a ?% rating in my humble opinion. Oh! The thin crust veggie pizza ? was very good too!
We ordered a pizza online for delivery at 8:48pm last night. It said the pizza would be delivered in 55 minutes. We then received the alert that the pizza was on the way but we never received it. I gave them some extra time since I know everyone is short staffed. I called the store at 10:10 only to receive a message saying they were closed. I just tried to call the store again today at 1:15pm to receive the same recording. I would just like to speak to someone about receiving a refund but talking to someone seems impossible.
I have worked with the public, in food and retail so I try to be patient and understanding. I will never complain about service knowing the issues usually are no ones fault. We have been given store credit twice by management during unavoidable circumstances or unfortunate inconveniences. They offered credit and apologized and since nobody was even upset it was even better! It Felt like a gift and that they truly cared. I worked customer service for 8 years I took care of my customers the way pizza hut handled me. Thank you Pizza hut. You Rock. Delicious food and kind employees.
Placed a carry out they told me 20-25 mins I get there 30 mins later and still had to wait an additional 15 mins as I can hear them clearly just now making my order in the back. This was the worst experience I ever had with this Pizza Hut location! As I’m typing this I am still waiting for my Wing Dinner Box smh… if I haven’t already waited so long and my Children wasn’t hungry I would of got a refund and went to Papa Johns!!
The taste and texture of the supreme pan pizza has changed since I last ordered. The crust was gooey, not baked long enough.
I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with sausage and pepperoni. It was over cooked and did not have sausage on it.
I had asked for our pizzas to well done. Neither came close. The “thin ‘n crispy’s” crust was definitely not crispy! Also, we haven’t been to PH for several months. My wife made the comment that the toppings seemed to be skimpy, to which I agreed. Overall, a little disappointing compared to past orders.
The pizza is usually good but to drive across town and get food that should never have been packaged up is ridiculous. No apology just a “credit” for the same amount I paid for NEXT time. The last time it was the same thing except the item was left completely out and they said it was but wouldn’t refund. These cinnamon rolls look nothing like advertised and someone should have checked this before giving this to us. A 40 min drive round trip is not worth going back for.
The service was just tremendous even though there was only one staff member on duty. He was lovely made sure everything was exactly the way it was ordered and presentation was was amazing. Two thumbs up
