We tried this place while traveling and visiting Mooresville. We had an omelette, pancakes and a breakfast burrito. It was all very good and the staff was all very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

I don't know what happen to this place but it's went down hill big time. I usually get 2 hot dogs w/chili which I did this time. Dogs came out, looked like they were boiled, chili was cold like it came out the fridge, and absolute zero taste. I ate them because I was starving but never again. Wife got the special, hot ham and broccoli/cheese soup. No soup so she went with fries. Wanted a sweet tea, didn't have any and said she needed to make some so I told her to just get me a soda. When the server brought out food she explained that they were in the process of making some new fries, and she would bring us some fresh ones when they were ready. Had maybe a small handful of fries on each plate, never came back with fries. No drinks to go and service sucked. Sad, we've been big supporters of this local joint for years, even through covid. Nick needs to get this place figured out quickly because at this rate, it won't last much longer.
Ordered hot dogs and a grilled ham and cheese. Hotdogs had no taste, cold chili. Ham and cheese was okay, burnt. Brought our half an order of fries promising more, that never came. Out of their special broccoli and cheese soup. No sweet tea made. It was not cleanly. We went to put our son in the highchair, I had to wipe it down with a baby wipe because it had visible food. No refills given. Poor service. We have been visiting this local hot spot since it opened. We are very disappointed. We though Nic had left the building to new ownership. However the waitress confirmed he had been in that same day. We like to support local business however with the price increase and service decrease it is not worth it to us.
Got there about ten till two. We're closed. The sign says two. We're closed. I'd rather eat a two day old gas station hot dog than go back to that place.
Best damn breakfast I have had in 3 yrs
