I already started eating in the car or I would have taken a picture of my food lol. But wow, I’ve been missing out these 3 months I’ve been in Mooresville. I ordered a steak Philly, chili fries and kool-aid. I’ve been looking for this type of food since I moved here and I can say this reminded me of food back home. I can’t wait to try the wings and fried shrimp. The women in the front were very nice and it smelled super clean and sanitized when I walked in. I can’t wait to go back
I ordered $60 worth of wings and popcorn chicken (among other things) paid and the cashier was informed by the cook that they don’t have popcorn chicken. She said she can give me the 5 piece tender instead so I said ok. she went to the back and told the cook and he said naw they’re not the same price so I asked for a refund for the popcorn chicken. I was told to leave my phone number and the manager would get it back to me through the phone at some point in the future? I asked can we just call the manager now and the cashier did. He said leave the phone number and he’ll get it back to me tonight lol I was like no ma’am, let me get whatever is the same price. I would suggest training the cashier or someone else to refund customers if they’re in charge of taking orders and receiving payment. Also, if you have me pay and tell me there’s not what I ordered, OFFER an alternative and then tell me I can’t even do the alternative because there’s a $2 price difference…that’s a good way to make sure this first time customer isn’t a repeat one. Update: I got home and they forgot the 2 cakes and 1 drink I ordered….I will never be backAnother Update: food was some of the best I ever had…I’ll probably be back….but I don’t like it
I’ve been wanting a cheesesteak since I missed having one on National Cheesesteak Day. That was 2 months ago so I have been waiting. The Triple Threat was worth the wait. Putting corned beef on a cheesesteak is a brilliant idea. I grew up in eastern PA and lived in Philadelphia for 8 years where some cheesesteak snobs may say this is not traditional. They are missing out on one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. My son destroyed his burger in no time and my daughter seemed to get more chicken than we were expecting. Their lunch specials are a great deal!! The young woman working out front was super friendly. If you’re ever in Mooresville checking out the race shops like we were (my son’s favorite Joey Logano and Penske Racing are very close)…this should be your food stop.
Our first take out was excellent. Second and third takeout meals weren't as good as the first. The employees are pleasant enough and it was clean in the dining area. But we haven't been back since because the portions had decreased but prices had not.
Finally tried the Philly King. The lady that took my order was very sweet and friendly. I had the Philly steak with potato salad. I was impressed with both. I will be returning for more. Go try it y'all.
The food was so good... the sandwiches are big and packed with meat, the Philly sauce was really good, they make it right there... if you like sauce on your sandwich get extra...I even dipped my fries and okra in it. The fried okra was delicious.... will definitely be back.
Did not have a good experience! Prior to today i have ordered there a few times. Fries were cold but no biggie because the sandwich was great. Decided to try them out again after giving it a break for a while. Welp giving them a break didn't help. My Take out order was wrong (on lunch break)and when i went all the way back for them to correct it. I could hear the cook talking loud junk about having re make my food. Very unprofessional and RUDE. So sorry you were inconvenienced by doing your job sir. Very disappointed because i love to support my people. But this was unacceptable. They lady at the front was great and very pleasant. I would just rather spend my money where the food is made with pleasure. I will NOT return. Order at your own risk.
The Chef is amazing, we had 2 of the most outstanding Philly cheese steaks on the planet. We will definitely be going back and trying other items on the menu. The staff is very friendly as well. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Keep up the amazing food and service
First time there food was very good. We will be back to try some of the other food on the menu! Next will be the wings and egg rolls they look so good ?
Had a great meal with my wife and daughter last night. Their “Philly’s” are very good and authentic (I used to work for a company out of Philadelphia so I know good Philly’s). The potion size is also very good. The owner came by the table and greeted us and wanted to make sure all was good. All in all an A+ experience! We will be back!
