Got 4 snow/icee things. 2 were the wrong flavor and 2 were just bare ice not even half way through. Not sure what happened but that's my most recent experience.They were polite and friendly.
Waited 30 mins in line and the machine handle broke just as it was our turn :( buy the flavors looked really good!

We took 3 kids to have shaved ice here after a sporting event today. All 3, including myself ended up with the worst heartburn / indigestion. 2 of my 3 kids threw up about an hour after eating it and the other had severe stomach pains to the point I had to call our pediatrician. The sweetness from the flavoring was incredibly overpowering, more than any other shaved ice we’ve eaten in the past. We will not be a return customer.

Another one of my favorite places in Mooresville. I order the snowballs with the ice cream in the middle. Great place to bring the family for some cheap snoballs.

I used to love coming here last few years! But this past year the staff has been very unfriendly and I guess they don't give the option for "to go" orders. Very disappointing
