We ordered tonight and our pizzas literally got here so fast, it alarmed everyone lol. Then I was like, oh no, maybe that was too fast? But NOPE - all 3 pizzas were flipping phenomenal!!! Perfectly made, ALL the extra cheese we paid for (which y'all know is hit or miss anywhere), toppings were distributed evenly, they were perfectly baked all the way through AND thoroughly cut into pieces!!! Do you know how rare that is?I know this store had a time during the pandemic just like all food service, problems with being understaffed and stuff, plus being the SOLO store serving all of Mooresville - I hear they're under new management now and let me tell y'all, they are NAILING it!!! 3 pizzas, perfectly made, ordered at 7pm on a perfect order in Saturday night in the summer and our delicious pies got here in seriously just under 25 minutes. Outstanding job to everyone at the Papa John's in Mooresville, NC!!!!!
I had a great experience at Papa John’s tonight. My order was put in wrong so I got home with the wrong item. I called and they offered to make my food correctly and deliver it. Unfortunately I did not get names, but the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. And my delivery driver was very fast and extremely friendly. This was by far the best resolution to a messed up order that I have ever had! Thank you!!
If I could give a zero I would have. This is the third time I’ve ordered pizza and gotten it cold and wrong!Was given a credit told to just call the store. Well that’s fricken fantastic when you can’t get anyone on the phone or when they do they place you on hold for 30 mins! Papa johns has lost my business
0 stars, first off the delivery driver didn't even let us know our food was here and left it outside of our fence, second the driver turned around in my yard, the pizza was extremely greasy and didn't taste good at all, the cheesesticks were extremely greasy too, the wings didn't even seem like real chicken because they were so fatty, why too expensive for crappie food, we won't be back, save your money and go somewhere else
Rest assure the Indian land Papa John's Pizza is hands-down the worst pizza that I've had in a long while without exaggeration ordering the family special the two peaches of received on 5/21 2022 was very disappointment. Both pizzas very little cheese less the toppings extra that I ordered and the specific epics stuffed crust pizza was far from desirable I ordered these pizzas in the middle of the afternoon to be delivered around 5:00 p.m. that gave ample time no matter their rush they would have plenty of time to focus and create a pizza that we was looking for to and encourage anyone to bypass the Indian land Papa John's. I'm not sure whether this is franchise or corporation store but the best effort is either get rid of the less than desirable employees who will not put effort or care into building a pizza and start over or just close it.
Ordered 15 pizzas for a party . Their service was quick and reliable.
Order my food it never came the manager told me that it was going to come and that he was going to remake it and it was going to get here and had me waiting until midnight the food never showed up so I call and tell the next manager about the situation and he wants to cop a whole entire attitude and argue with me and question me like he knows what he's talking about when he did not this place is a joke I would not order pizza or food from this establishment ever again it's ridiculous how you going to talk to a customer the way that you do y'all need a full scale training revamp on how to treat customers and customer service.
I work in the funeral industry. I used to think my job was stressful until I stopped by this location to pick up a pizza on the way home. What these people do is nothing short of a miracle. #RESPECT
The food is always good but it's a busy place so order with plenty of time in advance
Not sure why they’re still doing business. There is none. On 4 occasions after placing an order an hour before closing, An employee calls ( by cell phone ) stating either there are no drivers available or they’re CLOSING EARLY & have canceled my order. No courtesy offer.. apology.. NOTHING. They also send random drivers who are not employees of the company. This is very disheartening when I have a busy life & a family who loves pizza on Fridays. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Save your time.. & money.
