Forcing customers to order on a computer screen makes the experience feel like Wal-Mart. It took so long for us to order that we should have just gone to a nicer restaurant with a server. The cost would have likely been similar, or lower.
Went here for dinner for my husband to try that new chicken sandwich, no dice... Says sold out. Ordered other things, but took a while to get it out. I ordered the pizza and the sauce didn't taste as it has at other Paneras. A couple of days later, my husband got an email saying we waited a long time and should try them again. We haven't done it yet
I placed an order online for the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl. I checked the option on their app for no cilantro. When I opened the bowl, there was cilantro and the broccoli was completely raw. Not steamed or even slightly warm. Both aspects completely ruined the already pretty expensive meal. Giving them two stars because I always enjoy the French baguette and my order is only occasionally right when I eat here, I would say 3/5 times it is actually correct.I would recommend picking up from the restaurant or eating in, that way you can ensure your order can be corrected.
It had been years since I got Panera at this location due to always having missing items! I decided I wanted broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and a greek salad. Got home and I don’t have the bread bowl, and I was given a completely different salad than what I ordered. Not worth wasting your money.
Food was excellent. Nice, new location. Very clean. I'll be back
I came on Friday morning at 8 am, and asked for a latte. The girl taking my order was so polite and helpful, however stated they were out of milk. I ended up being able to get a delicious latte at Dunkin, but it was kind of an inconvenience and kind of ridiculous to run out of a key ingredient first thing in the morning. It’s not that girls fault at all, but maybe they need a new stocking manager. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.
Me and my wife decided to eat at Panera tonight. BIG MISTAKE. First of all we order a whole sandwich, 1/2 sandwich and a soup with 1 fountain drink and water. It came with 2 lame bags of chips for a low low price of $32 and some change. What a rip off. But that was the best part of the meal. After 30 minutes of waiting on our food and witnessing 2 other people getting refunds because they were fed up with the service and wait time. I should have gotten a refund and left as well. 8 young people back in the kitchen were struggling to say the least. Their were maybe 2 other tables waiting on food besides me and the 2 people that left. After finally getting our food the sandwiches barely had any meat on them and the bread that comes with the soup was cold like it had come out of the refrigerator. We will choose somewhere else next time. Prices, service and food were disappointing and shameful.
I ordered rapid pick up this morning for a parfait and a fruit cup, thinking that should be something quick & easy. I was wrong. I got to the store 10 min after my pick up time thinking that’d be more than enough time for them to get everything ready. My order still wasn’t prepared. I noticed I was the next order being prepared, so I waited. My name switched to the “ready” screen and still wasn’t out yet. At this point, I asked the girls there if my order was ready since it just came up on the screen and disappeared. I was yelled at by someone on the line that it still wasn’t ready, they had to make my parfait. She then proceeded to yell at the girls working with her that they weren’t doing what they needed on another breakfast sandwich. I was so uncomfortable and upset that I had just been yelled at by an employee for inquiring about my food that said it was ready.I hope they have a better morning than they had when I went. This location has gone downhill and it’s a shame. I used to work at Panera Mooresville years ago and this isn’t how to treat a customer. Especially one who is just asking politely about food that says it’s ready. All in all, if you want to wait 30 min for a parfait and fruit cup & be yelled at at 9am, this is your place.
My friend and I decided to eat at Panera's today. We placed our order for 1/2 a sandwich and soup for each of us. We both ordered water. The Bill was $26 and change! This was way too much for a 1/2 a sandwich and soup times two. Also, we waited for half an hour. It was not crowded and my friend went up to the kitchen window and asked about our order. The lady that took the order never gave it to cooks as they said they never got it. Lastly, it tasted just ok to me but I ordered the Chicken Thai soup and I ate over half of the cup before I found any chicken in the Chicken Thai soup and that was the only piece in it. I think if I had a soup called Chicken Thai, I would at least make sure the customer got a few pieces of chicken in it. We will not ever be going back there again.
1/21/22 Today my sister and I went back again for broccoli soup. The cashier, Joanne, was super nice and so helpful. She (Joanne) is so pleasant. Not so with the woman fixing the soup. She had a really bad attitude. Her name was Camille and should not be in a service industry. Also, our broccoli soup was just lukewarm. Any other time, the service and food has been excellent. 1/7/22 - Wonderful broccolis soup and service!
