The food was great and Zac provided excellent service. The whole experience was ruined because it was freezing in there. Two customers wrapped beach towels around them and I had to go get a blanket out of the car. Had the temperature been realistic I would have rated it 5 stars. They only had a total of 5 tables to serve so I don't know why it had to be so cold.
We totally get that there are "off" days even at one of our most favorites places to dine but this actually makes the 3rd horrible experience in a row over the past 2 months and the last straw. We had an order delivered, 3 orders of chicken tenders and fries (from adult menu), 3 Bowls of Loaded Potatoe Soup, 2 slices of apple pie and 1 slice of chocolate pie. The chicken ranged from various stages of raw to burnt to a hard crispy rock served in an inconsistent amount in each box with a few mushy fries. The loaded potato soup was like a thick layer of burned canned cheese deeply embedded and covered in a layer of burned bacon that sat as a slow moving iceberg of hardened bacon cheese blob on top of the cold odd butternut squash colored nacho cheese consistency liquid. Thank goodness that only less than 1/4 cup of soup is now the apparent standard for "Bowl" size, because I can only imagine how terrifying more volume would have added. We didn't even dare to taste it. It all went straight into the garbage. I have had free samples larger than the slices of pie we received. At least we were spared the sadness of rock hard rolls that so many other friends have also recently complained about since they didn't even bother to send any at all.O'Charley's, spare yourself the time replying with the tired apology and "please contact us" response and put it towards actually finding a solution to the issues. I definitely do not need a free meal to try to make it right because honestly, you couldn't even pay me to eat whatever that was being served as food. We'll happily return as customers once you invest some time into fixing the problems.
The delta catfish was far from traditional delta catfish. It was little nuggets. Not very good tbh.They also were super stingy with the fries. All they give is a very small handful.The rolls were good but you have to pay extra for them compared to other places.All in all not really worth the money. I got delivery.
My sisters and I had lunch at O'Charleys today for my birthday and it was a great treat. Jovie took such good care of us. The food was spectacular, and came out to our table fast! We LOVED the tater tots appetizer!! I had the house special margarita and it was so delicious! The manager, Charles, stopped by to check on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and asked if we needed anything. He was very friendly and was genuine with his approach. 10 out of 10 recommend O'Charleys in Mooresville!!
The customer service was amazing . My sisters and I enjoyed our food and the nicest customer service . Our waiter made sure that we were well taken care of and our food was hot and delicious . We will be back . The staff made our experience one that makes you wanna to come back to this restaurant .
Got takeout from Mooresville location. Everything was horrible or wrong other than the rolls. The premium Mac and cheese was about 2 spoonfuls of some kind of agrigated mush. The salad is as bad as I've seen fir an entree salad. This picture isn't a side salad. The gob of brown in the foil is supposed to be chicken tenders. With extra egg and cheese this was a $16.00 salad. The cheese sticks are supposed to be spicy cheese wedges. Other items just were left out completely. Embarrassing excuse for service and quality. I got so irritated I left my review before opening everything. That's how bad it was. So I'm adding this picture of the one thing my daughter used to like from here. A piece or the caramel pie. This is a $5.95 pie. You be the judge
Our server was Blake. Blake was a great waiter. Very attentive and very kind. I got a California salad. It was so fresh and delicious! Ask for Blake if you dine here. ?
Mr. Blake was on point. His very sweet and bubbly self made it comfortable to order and ask for anything I needed from the moment I sat down. I was grateful for his quick eye, but he gave me the space to enjoy my meal without being over bothered.
Very good dining experience. Our server was Blake and he was nice, efficient, and helpful.
We ordered dinner tonight and my husband's french dip came like this. The beef was not shaved and when I went in to ask for au jus, the server said they did not have any. We drove to get this, I'm highly disappointed.
