Being Nice to people is EVERY thing!Although the food was good and the Guy that rang me up was nice...I can't say the same for the two Woman making the food! Very short, curt and I do believe one of the Lady'rolled her eyes when I asked for more of an item. Im paying for my FOOD lady...and I like what I like!! Dining are was a mess.
I don't know if the lady was having a bad day, but the older lady that prepared my nachos was a little rushy and rude and her conversational skills are terrible. She was very short with me. On the other hand the guy that rang my order up was awesome and he listened well. He looked to be under stress because of the older lady that served my nachos she was not being very nice to him. The food was great. The restaurant was very nice and clean.
I have never had a bad experience at a Moe's and my visit here was pretty spot on as well. A Joey bowl can fit anybody's appetite and the carnitas pairs off very well with plenty of pico. The chips and salsa are still rocking and the el guapo is by far the best.
The food was pretty good, it was ok, it wasn't bad, I'm just upset about how they put my burrito under the chips so I went back in thinking I didn't get my burrito, but who puts a burrito under chips, even the receipt was there, I didn't eat the chips after that
Small portions and to be rung up by a employee on speaker phone at the register is literally a shake your head moment. I could care less about the argument you’re having with your significant other about your child (the entire establishment could hear), how about some professionalism….
Waited in line for 10 minutes without being greeted. The manager saw the long line as well and never acknowledged any of us. Two other employees just walked around while everyone waited.
I really love the taste of moles but please stop being so cheap with the portioning when I pay for a bigger burrito I want better portions stuff inside of the burrito not the same amount.Tonight I ordered two home wreckers and got something smaller than two kid burritos. And I ordered queso on the side and got none. That’s just not taking care of your customers at all.
Tried Moe's today for lunch. Girl fixing my burrito appeared to be stoned, bathroom was filthy, dining room was untidy, and it was expensive. Two hours later I'm feeling queasy so I doubt the kitchen was up to par on cleanliness either.
Be aware that this location appears to close whenever they feel like it, not necessarily according to their posted hours. I tried to eat here at 6:45pm on Thursday evening and the doors had been locked (despite sign on the door that said they were open until 9pm). I could see employees inside who were cleaning up as if closing.
First time that I've ever ate at a Moe's, it certainly won't be the last. I had a steak burrito, customized to my liking. I really enjoyed it. The people that were working that day were very friendly, I'll definitely go back!
