Terrible customer service.. the Girl in the drive through was eating as she handed me my food! Very unsanitary and unprofessional! The food is always cold as if it's been sitting...fries taste stale. Wont give them my money again!

Repeatedly bad service and window workers. I guess I did not follow some unspoken protocol because, as I pulled off, the employee yelled out that I did not follow the pickup rules after scowling at me. Came out of nowhere. Did not take the bait. Whoever owns the franchise needs to take a hard look at employees' basic courtesy.

Don’t attempt to go here. Worlds Slowest Drive Thru. These employees are very obviously incompetent. They’ve had the same car sitting at the window for 7 mins. I don’t expect much from fast food workers but this is beyond outrageous!!

Legit the worst fast food place around. Every single time I go my order is wrong. I’ll order the same thing each time yet the price seems to vary time to time which seems illegal…not to mention the fact that the wait at the drive thru is always horrendous. The whole place just needs new employees!

It took forever to get acknowledged by an employee just for them to tell me that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am! Granted it's about 10:27am so technically she should have still taken my order. But who wants to eat burgers & fries at 10:30 in the morning!? I almost never eat McDonalds so maybe thats been the cut-off time for awhile. But if I was acknowledeged when I first came in, maybe I could have got my breakfast.

Will NEVER go to this locations again!! Wish I could give this place no stars, front counter person was rude when they got my food wrong and I went home just to go all the way back because I was missing food and asked to have my whole order remade and they took my old order and put it in the waste but then didn't want to replace my fries after they threw them away after about 20 minutes I got my whole order replaced & stressed out the front counter person also!! $15.00 and hour my a** worse customer service experience I've ever had!!

Food was good. Hot and freash. I did a mobile takeout and they were putting it in the bag when I walked in and handed it right to me.Awesome service!

I walk in, waited. Then the Manger "Dez" noticed me. She walk halfway to cash register, stopped, then point to self-service kiosk behind me, pulled her mask down and said "Kiosk!" And turned right around and ignored me for the duration. I was in the building. I tend to pay with Cash, not Card. When I went through, the drive through, they still shorted me a biscuit, and failed to give me a receipt, and the Manager slammed the drive through window on me, when I complained about the service. I don't mind slow service, but at least at McDonald's I expect to be treated like a person not a number attached to an order.Go to any McDonald's in Mooresville, besides the close to Lake Norman Medical. Because I'm not going back.

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and forced one down (I mean, I did pay for this and I was hungry), but the 2nd one was for basketball practice in the garbage. Both biscuits were potato chips and flour.

I was the only one here in the drive thru and they took 5 mins to take the order and payment.Horrible service.
