The food was fine. Service and attitude were awful. Extra $1.00 beverage surcharge on my bill. When I asked was told 1. There was no extra charge 2. It was for happy meal drink….didn’t order happy meal. 3 finally decided it was because I got an extra empty children’s cup. I said they should have told me at the time the cup would be $1.00. I would have said no. She said that’s not their job or problem. Never going back
I come here almost every morning for sausage & gravy biscuits. When I first discovered this wonderful breakfast item, it was pleasant and I couldn't get enough of it. I did notice at this particular McDonalds that if I ordered this on a Monday morning, the biscuits would always be fresh. However, over the past two weeks, I have been given biscuits that could be mistaken for hockey pucks. The biscuits were so hard, they literally broke the fork. I don't mind paying more for a breakfast if it's good, but to consistently push out stale/overcooked biscuits, that's something you should be ashamed of. You guys need to get you some of those 'Hot & Fresh" Krispy Kreme signs for when your biscuits are fresh and soft.
We were the first customers of the day. My husband ordered the hotcake big breakfast. I ordered a ham biscuit. Was informed no ham so I ordered a jelly biscuit. Our food came out in less than 2 minutes and it was cold. My bisc felt and tasted like a frozen style biscuit. You would think that since we were the first ones our food would be fresh, not yesterday left overs.
Can't get in and out of the parking lot.Took 11 minutes to get food that is after the time it took to get to the window to pay. We sat and watched the employee give our food to the car a head of us, after they looked (with their hands in the bag) around in the bag they gave it back to the employee. When our turn finally came to get the food we paid for out came the same bag that the customer before us gave back. OH NO WAY!NOT HAVING THAT!
I came there tonight to grab something for my kids a meal. The drive through worker zai I believe was awesome. He has such a great attitude. A person that has management experience, he is definitely trainable and great with handling costumers. Awesome job. He agreed to take a picture!
The drive thru asked me to pull up and wait for my order so their order times look like they're doing a good job when they're not. I did move forward and wait...only for them to forget my drink and still have to get out of my car and go inside which was the whole reason I went in the drive thru. Someone from corporate needs to make them work the drive thru properly.
"The only reason why I'm giving this place the rating is simply because the young man that was in front of the house taking my order did a phenomenal job The young ladies and drive through couldn't help but to resume conversation in between the rush barely administering a lot of help to the young lady that was actually commending ship in the front I received a watered-down medium karma iced coffee among several items in my bag pies that were passed done so they were kind of chewy the apple pies were I received two out of full correct sandwiches that should have been bacon sausage egg McGriddles and instead they gave me one that was a biscuit Definitely needs to be some reevaluating on this crew The ones that like to talk definitely need to be separated." Do better ladies! ? Internet show my order was far from correct.
I explicitly told the young man I had a coupon for bogo Big Macks. When I got to the window to pay, they charged me for two Big Macks. They said the boy already punched in the order and they. Could not change it. Whaaat? At that point, I should have drove away. But it was late and I was very hungry, so I paid. But, I will never go there again!!
9pm and the only downside was the burger was warm and not hot. Fries were hot with just the right amount of salt. Friendly employees.
There was a line at the drive through. Dine in was closed. The line was moving slowly. We got ice cream. The cups were sticky.
