Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 45 minutes in the drive through. Was told "hold on one moment" on the speaker 3 different times while they took 3 orders from the other speaker. After I ordered I sat in line another 18 minutes and then when I got to the window they rudely asked "what you order?" Isn't that your job to know? 2 simple happy meals and 45 minutes later... Thank God there are two other McDonald's in town I can go to instead.
Ordered a deluxe spicey chicken sandwich. Got home and had a plain chicken sandwich with no Lettuce or tomato. Ordered nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce and got no sauce at all. Receipt shows the sauce and that we ordered correctly. Also took 20 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food at the window. Will not return to this location. Poor service all around.
Hey I know, a McDonald's, you have seen one you have seen all of them! But such thing can't be say about the folks that work there. They are hard at work, they do their best to keep the place clean, and with patience they ensure costumers have an enjoyable experience, my family and I had just that. It is the reason I would return to this particular location and that's worth five stars from me.
Usually a very reliable drive through service however, today when I got home my fish fillet bun was hard and dry and the fish overcooked. Looks like someone tried to hide this with extra tartar sauce. My fries were also soft and had a bad oil taste.
Waited 20 minutes on a 10 piece and a quarter pounder and a tea and cup of ice...this is the best they could do?!?! Come on I'm in the restaurant business and I would never do this!!!!
So, I tried this location again against my better judgement. I got six single cheese burgers and a double quarter pounder with drinks. My kids and I got sick from eating here. We noticed that the food was cold but due to them being very busy, being hungry and not wanting to go through the hassle of having the order remade, we ate. Currently both of my young sons and myself are sick, throwing up and the whole nine (I'm sure you get it). I tried to reach out to the store by calling NINE TIMES!!! I am only leaving this review to inform/warn people. I think maybe they should check their temperatures to make sure that the meat hasn't exceeded it's hot holding time. The ONLY reason I am even giving this location two stars is because the manager is literally the best and you can tell that she is making the most of a less than ideal situation. She is an older woman with short greyish hair. This is not the first time that I have had issues with this location. The manager that was on duty tonight is usually the same manager that is there each time that we visit. You can tell that the employees run this location and not management. I get that help is hard to find but if the help that you have is not only running off your customers but also making them sick maybe it is time to find new help or close the doors until you can get it together. I am so disappointed with my visit tonight. As a person who has been in management in the food industry for the past 15 years this is highly unacceptable. I hope the right people will read this and get the poor manager some quality help or send someone to help her.
Wow times have changed. This morning Sunday shift is trash for customer service 3/6/2022...about 5 customers stood around for 15 min without anyone even being acknowledged then an employee that was on break chose to attend to the front lobby while two managers ignored us and continued to tend to the drive thru. Not complaining about being slow...I get that but when I can count 10 employees minus the one on break that came to help ON BREAK there's no reason we're not even acknowledged..."Well be right with you" nothing. YOU CHOSE THIS JOB...DO IT RIGHT or just find another one. This job requires talking to customers with a smile. Don't mind slow but lack of effort...JUST LAZY LAZY LAZY. Pathetic!
They did not put our fries in our bag which we paid for and they said they could not scan my app to get points for some reason. Very unprofessional.
My 15 year old son works here and he loves it. I worked there when I was 15. Fun first job.
This is one of the worse Mc Donald's I have ever been too. Slow drive through line and the food is always vold.
