I’ve only been here twice and got an iced caramel coffee both times, but they were very good! I got a muffin the first time and got a cookie the next. Again, both were great. Wasn’t crowded and the service was fast. Parking wasn’t an issue and easy to get to just off Main Street.
Great coffee!However the customer service is beyond lacking. The guy who took our orders had zero customer service, and did not greet us. Read the menu and quickly said 'I would like a Nitro please' and was met with the response 'Its not ready'.....then I asked when will it be ready....the response was '24hrs'. Nothing more. A nicer tone and actual customer service will go a long way, so the customer doesn't have to direct the entire conversation.At the end of the ordering he made my group and I feel like we were a inconvenience for asking menu questions (first time here) and ordering
The atmosphere is cool, but the coffee is not that great. Neither my partner or I liked our drinks, we felt it was a waste of $14.
Great coffee joint where you can get your favorite batista craft concoction or some ground beans tonnage home. Great casual vibe if you want to hang out and they usually have live musicians there on the weekends. If your lucky they might have a doughnut food truck partnering with then parked in the parking lot out front.
Best Vegan pastries. So good that I stock up. Variety of coffee and roasted coffee for brewing at home. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The vibe is chill and you can bring your pup for a free pup cup.
Great coffee shop! Chai was flavorful and not too sweet. Staff were incredibly friendly. It was great to have a relaxing place to enjoy a cuppa and watch the coffee beans get weighed and roasted. The smell was amazing. Highly recommended

I enjoy the Vibe, Coffee, and Friendly Folks atUrban Grind Roasters. I just took a business meeting, & it was my 1st choice of place for Java - I appreciate a comfortable andinviting place to do read, do business and UGR is always a great meeting place where we can use our indoor voices, however mine is still trying to get outside!! I didn't expect this however one of my appointment peeps purchased my coffee and choose a small??. Likely because of the time of day. A Great Cuppa' Coffee is always made better when enjoyed together - but in this case the rule of someone else buying worked just as well! Best Coffees are always - Always to be enjoyed at your neighborhood Coffeehouse!Where your store management, baristas, patrons, and the occasional ukelele, guitar player, and poets hangout and not just to get caffeinated, but to be at ease! Refill please!
Best coffee in Mooresville, maybe even in NC. They roast and brew their coffee right on-site based on whatever international beans are "in season". They have a wonderful variety of drinks hot and cold. I've tried almost all of them. Not one has let me down yet. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Atmosphere is calming and light.
