This is the mess that we received. On top of this pizza that looked like it was dropped several times it was ice cold.

I often go to this place but I'm still giving 3 stars because of the 4 different deep dish pizzas I've ordered that were doughy when i got home. You'd think they would know to cook then but now. The other pizzas are great. We don't order the deep dish anymore, but if you do I would recommend trying your deep dish in the car before driving home and save yourself a trip back.
Used to be the only decent Little Caesars in the Charlotte area, now it's a shambles too. Wasted an hour tonight driving to pick up a pizza they didn't make. Said they were understaffed and a hundred pizzas behind and that it would another hour at least. Wish the portal wouldn't have said ready in 20 minutes.To top it all off, the disheveled people preparing the pizzas were eating toppings as they were making it. Gross. Guess I'm lucky to have left empty handed.Get your act together owners. Stop taking orders you can't fill and close up shop until you find some quality staff.
The best Little Caesars I've been to. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but not here. Love that you can just walk in and pick up from the heated pizza storage and walk out.
They have always made my food correct and it's good! My children love it here more than pizza hut and dominoes. I guess somebody can out the pizza hut! Lol
I came here not have little Caesars for over 20 years. I made a joke about it and the lady that helped me said she would make me the most amazing cheese pizza I ever had. Well, she didn't lie. It was BOMB! I think she added the special touch that made it so good!
I decided to give this location another chance...... The customer service is a hit or miss or the pizza is burnt. This time I thought I would use the kiosk to avoid one of those. When i put my code in to get my pizza my cookie dough slices were not in the kiosk so i waited till someone came to the front as they all stared at me from the back. when the manager came up to the front I said that my cookie slices were left out. I was very polite and cool about it because mistakes happen but he grabbed them from a shelve and threw them on the counter and walked to the back!! when i got home to look at the cookie slices they were wet and melted. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND SPEND A DIME OF MY MONEY!!!! I'M DONE!!!!!
