To wait 16min for one spicy chicken sandwich with TWO people in line is ridiculous. Then to have to ask for napkins from clicky click nails at the window that rolls her eyes at me because she has to actually do her job correctly is another issue. THEN open the bag to find out it's not even the right sandwich! This location has become absolute garbage in the last yr or so. Slow, rude, and zero effort in the kitchen.
They were so rude….I have never been talked to like this in my whole life….Horrible experience here, stay away…..stay away…..This place has the rudest staff I have every experienced in my life. I would eat cat food before I would visited this place again. The District Operations Manager definitely needs to get involved in this place…!!
Food was COLD, waited in line for over 30 minutes. Staff was very very rude, no customer service whatsoever. Go to Bojangles or Zaxby’s they will at least treat you with respect and your food will not be COLD. I would stay way from this KFC, before you visit read the reviews. Cold Food, hair in food and much more.
Staff here was Wonderful, we were on a field trip and they were not letting customers in, they kindly let us in a was very kind and friendly to us
Terrible service I arrived for my order and nobody said anything no employee came to attend to me after a while an employee only told me, we are out of chicken and turned around and leftit is the worst service I have seen , I do not recommend this location at all, I wish I could put 0 stars
Spent 70.00 on February 27, 2022. Worst thing I ever did!!!!. I found 2 hairs in my chicken it was gross when you bite into something you don't WANT SOMETHING IN YOUR MOUTH..i called he wanted the hair Really!! I couldn't find it in the napkin i threw it away then i was thinking i should call them.. Big mistake i was explaining to him until i told him it was in my mouth and he still insists i was upset ask for his name wouldn't give it to me. This was at 430 pm.

Me and my fiancé went to this location. They were fairly busy. You would think food would be hot and fresh. I was so dissatisfied. We got the 3 piece dinner box. I love the crispy chicken but it was dry…: so dry it gave me Cotten mouth. And got my drink thinking it was what I ordered. That was a joke! Gave me diet instead! I understand we all go through hard times… but come on now if you know the CHICKEN IS OLD!!!!! DONT SALE IT!!!!!!!! couldn’t even eat my dinner…..
I walked in to pick up some Coleslaw from this location and was surprised to see how disgusting and unsanitary this place looked inside compared to so many others I've been in. I was told I had to go through the drive through but there was a customer waiting on an order in front of me and there were no signs any where. Then I over herd the ladies talking about black history month and doing what ever they want. I immediately felt discriminated and wasn't about to go through the drive through after this. I'd like to point out that discrimination is discrimination no matter what color skin you have or what month of the year it is.
Had the new chicken sandwich! Amazing, will be back again and again for the sandwich. I think it's the best in the chicken game at the moment.
