We order ahead so we can pick up our sandwiches at the time they say they will be ready. We arrive at that time and still wait 20 minutes in the store for them to make ours. There is no point in ordering ahead of you just have to wait anyway. Please don't have an order ahead system if it makes no difference. We might as well just order in the store. We have given this place 2 chances and we won't be returning.
I’ve had multiple bad interactions with this store. I’ve worked in customer service for 25 years, so I normally just brush off a bad interaction (or two or three) but this has been many interactions. I live down the street. Last night they closed the grill at 8:50 and they close at 9. Not right or fair because we really wanted a Philly cheese. It’s been more than once that we couldn’t get hot subs. Today I ordered two subs and they just made one. Also we’ve been there and they were closed before their posted hours and messed up other orders too.
I always pop in on random occasions. The usual staff knows my meal of choice and they’re always super friendly and provide great service. Just wanted to shout out today that some members from Cornelius stepped in to help out and they did a fantastic job. Super engaging and helpful. Great work ethic all around
I was about to order. Noticed the slicer isnt being cleaned after each time used. Full of food scraps. And counters are dirty.
The app wasn’t working earlier this morning for hot subs (they didn’t exist in the app). My husband just drove 12 hours back from Florida and I called at 11:35 to order a sub for him to pickup at 12:15. I explained the app wasn’t working and the young lady said no problem. She took the order and said he could pay when he gets there. He gets there at 12:15 and not only do they not have his sub ready, but no one seems to know anything about it. Spoke to the person in charge (Chad) and all he could offer was to make it again (which implies they did make it but didn’t know where it was - I actually heard the lady say something about how she made one, but where did it go). After being on the road for that long, he had no desire to wait an additional 15 minutes because he just wanted to get home. Very disappointing to say the least. They could have at least offered to have it delivered to him.
Never in my life have I been treated so awful by someone over a sandwich being made wrong!!!! The man working tonight argued with my husband and myself for over 10 minutes. FLAT OUT REFUSED to make a new sandwich in replace of the one that was wrong. REFUSED to give a refund for it also. Told me to take it up with the app. ?????? I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and extra turkey. It came slathered in oil, regular meat and ONE piece of cheese. The man argued that's the way I ordered it. Which is WRONG. instead of saying "I apologize that your sandwich was made wrong, what can I do to fit for you?" I was made to feel like garbage because no one wanted to make this right. Arguing with a very loyal and returning customer is despicable. I will never in my life come to this Jersey Mikes again!! I spent $40 on my family's food tonight and this shouldn't have happened over a $10 sandwich. This man needs to learn some customer service skills and stop being a huge jerk. I'm disgusted with the whole situation.
Complete lack of customer service no attention to detail. I mean seriously this is the 3rd time consecutively I’ve had an order botched. I can handle burnt out lackluster customer service but it’s shear laziness to not make an order to customer specifications.
These are some hardworking people. And they deserve a lot of respect for how hard they have to work right now. And the subs are pretty dang good too.
When I got there, it was a wait for my sub. But a line at a sub shop can mean only one thing. Their subs are really good and worth the time in line. So I waited maybe 6 or 7 minutes to order and get mine. And yeah, it was good. I'll be back for sure.
Good location. They build the sandwiches with care, and they're very prompt with online orders. Keep up the great work.
