My boyfriend and I came to this location today and upon walking in, there was 5 or so people at the front. Not one person greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. After waiting 5 minutes, someone finally grabbed menus and after realizing we’re not following, says “you guys can come this way” in a bad tone. There were multiple open seats but they sat us right in front of a party of 15 with two crying babies. After waiting 5 more minutes while a waitress walks back and forth and didn’t even acknowledge us, we decided to leave. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Do better iHop.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated we got our one and only drink. Waitress took our orders. Waiting almost 40 minutes in a very empty restaurant. Orders came out wrong, completely wrong menu item. Two items sent back. Asked for sauses and never got it. New items came out, wrong again. Manager came over to ask about food, confronted on the missing items. She got very upset and started to yell. Handed us our receipt and told us to not come back. We sat there in shock on how this was handled. Horrible customer service and experience.
Great food and a great price. Our waitress was excellent.
I was trying to order online and it kept giving me an error message, I also had a coupon to use. Since it kept giving me an error message I tried to contact the restaurant and their number doesn’t seem to work at all. I had my husband go in and order and to show them the issue and to honor my coupon. They said they won’t. After having to jump through hoops to just order a simple breakfast and then having to wait 15 minutes the manager wouldn’t honor it. Never coming back again. Terrible customer service for a place that literally just opened.
Phenomenal service by our server James! Awesome guy, he ensured that we had our drinks topped off and that we had everything that we needed. IHOP was much needed after coming off our 3day fast. Jesus is King!
Clean appearance. Staff friendly and handling a lot of stress and the effects of being short staffed as best they can. Unfortunately, they are bit unorganized and not able to maintain a person up front to take calls, make a waiting list of, and take takeout orders. long as you are willing to be extremely patient then come on through!*For mask wearers - none of the staff wears masks*
Waitress was very nice. I ordered an omelet in which the cook stated to the Waitress that they ran out of green peppers,(after I sent it back). They thought it would be a good idea to add HOT peppers in it's place! No one told me the peppers were added until I took a bite! That particular omelet doesn't even have any kind of peppers in it to begin with! Bad business.
Fun, fast breakfast for a group of guys. Good service in clean facility. Enjoyed the Swedish crepes, others pancakes or waffles. They are consistent with quality of food.
