Fantastic selection and stellar staff made our first meal in state one to remember and truly enjoy. Delicious food that hits the spot after a long road trip, the price and distance from the hotel can't be beat! Especially if you don't want chain restaurants, this place is great!
When I arrived to the restaurant. I noticed the parking was ample but positioned in an irregular configuration. I greeted pleasantly and warmly. Atmosphere was pleasant, bright, and roomy. The food was plentiful in variety and pleasing to the eye. My displeasure was with the fish. I selected an assortment and one tasted horribly. It could and should have been fresher.
Before looking too deep into the 1 star score know that I cannot justify giving any all you can eat buffets higher than a 3 star. There is nothing that can be served in a warming tray behind plexiglass that will rank higher than a custom dinner at a restaurant. That said, the food was exactly what you would expect at an all you can eat buffet, the price was fair, it was nice they did have someone making fresh sushi rolls and cooking hibachi fresh. Just know that at any given point in time one out of 3 people in the restaurant are coughing. Even if I pretend we are not in covid times the amount of people hacking their lungs out in a place with food open to air was beyond disgusting. I am fairly certain I now have 26 communicable diseases
Very clean, bright lighting and very good food. Everything was fresh, hot and tasted great! Sushi was excellent and there was a vast selection of food. There's something for everyone! Will be back!

Good filling meal for the price. Large selection, hot and fresh. Missing the stuffed mushrooms they had before covid.The “sushi” options are akin to what you might find in a grocery store. Can’t expect much more for NC. Heck, y’all locals think Joel’s is like top of the line. ?Anyway, great all you can eat buffet for the price. ????
Thought this place had really good food and a great selection of food. Tons of sushi to choose from as well for the all you can eat price. The4 food was fresh and they were bringing out fresh trays as we sat. The staff was friendly and attentive and it was fun and low key. Definitely worth giving it a try. They also have takeout options which is a nice touch. This was something we were looking for near us and we will be back soon to enjoy again!
The food was fine, but missing things that I personally like from ichiban elsewhere. The restaurant is hot and dank, as in stagnant in order for them to get people in and out, there's no music, no alcohol, and they rush you out. I will never go there again. You want good quality food like that go to Jin Jin in Mooresville off shearer rd, they have excellent food. Otherwise, my extra star was just trying to be nice...
Great experience! Tons of food options (including really good sushi), all hot and fresh! Better come hungry as you will leave stuffed!!!
People are nice but the sushi and buffet food is abysmal. It's obvious they just don't care... watched them dump old pans into new pans and stir... right there on the line.Just ate there about 30 minutes ago.This poor toilet...
