Valeri and Cat are the best. When either of these two are here you can expect fast service and a smile. With Cat on the floor and Valeri behind the bar you can expect top notch service. Cat, the happy dark brunette with tattoo's and Valeri's polite but alluring smile and peircings below her right eye. The combination of these two guarantees a great night at Hotshots Mooresville!!!
Bartender is always rude when I come in to pick up my order. Food quality has gone way down hill. I’ve given several chances but I won’t be back. It’s too bad when the food is good, it’s really good! But sadly no one seems to care there anymore. I don’t recommend.
Anyone who reads my reviews knows I love a good dive bar and this one was no different. The drinks were strong, the atmosphere was fun, the bill was cheap and the bartender was incredibly friendly. No complaints here
I actually was a customer a few times at the Mooresville, NC location. Unfortunately, an employee (door person / bouncer) progressively has made inappropriate comments to me and my friends (probably thinking that we agree with his harassing point-of-view). Even though this is a bar environment, I think the management/owner(s) should better understand the standards their employees deliver. This particular employee has created an uncomfortable enough environment that I now avoid being a patron. It's a shame, but there is already enough hate in the world and this guy is way out of line and my friends and I no longer want to engage in that sort of uncomfortable environment. I have already reached out to the corporate 'contact-us' via the Hotshots website, but have yet to hear back from anyone. [5/5 Update] - thanks Ownership for responding to my initial post. I understand the individual I was referring to actually is incarcerated. My girlfriends and I hope he will not be an employee here again or welcome back any time soon! We have started coming back in since. Thanks again!
It's a nice looking place it's a sports bar. Things were pretty decent in my opinion. The young lady that served us really should have had a pen and paper or notepad to take down our orders to get them correct. There are a few mistakes made. It took a little while for our food to get to us even though the bar was pretty empty and when the food did arrive my order was incorrect and it was cold. If you like sports bars just a place to go not saying that I wouldn't try this place again but it wouldn't be my first choice if I found myself back in the town
I thought it was pretty good, got patty melt, coulve been on better bread and more dressing but overall it was good the fries were also good and super crispy like beer battered.
Very cool stop by for a beer spot with tons of dart boards, pool tables, and space! Bri, bar manager and Desare, were very awesome and friendly! We travel and are going to land and build our home bar and will always remember them! Wicked Weed Brewery in Asheville, we’re coming there soon!
Walked in at 12:02am maybe 10 people total inside. My friend and I sat at the bar. No one asked if we needed help or anything for 15 minutes. We got up and walked out. Poor service. Just looking for a snack before heading home.
Terrible.Came in on Sunday to watch a game beginning of the 3rd Quarter.Walked up to the bar ordered a beer, started a tab. Sat down at a table.Mid 3rd flagged down the waitress ignoring me and said I'd like to order some food. She said, "Oh you started your tab at the bar so you have to order from the bar." Started to move away, "Can I get a menu anyway?"Got a menu, went up to the bar. Told her the waitress said I had to order from the bar, "Is that how this works?""Yeah, something like that.""Well I'd like the 6 pack of tacos.""No problem"End of 4th quarter. Saw plates going by me. Never saw a waitress again.No tacos.Only one beer.Not a good business model Mr Owner. Best of luck to you.
Good place to hang out but need some help on their pool tables... Level, rails, new felt.... Plenty of room for more in there too...
