it was really loud with 2 different music systems playing and they refused to fix it and we asked for a mgr that never came.
This isn’t the best Hooters I’ve been to. There were only a few girls. The food was good but I ordered a drink when I ordered food and never received it and never got refills on our tea and water
I'ma be honest. The wings were good but I only saw our server twice. The waffle fries were great too. So I'm a 220 lb man and they wouldnt let me order a 3rd large sized beer. But I ordered 2 more small sized beers which is more. Do better
Service was about average, but when it came to the quality of beer and food I would not suggest this particular Hooters. They claimed it was a bad yap line when it came to my drink, but honestly it was one of the dirtiest beers I've had in awhile. That and the food was well below par. It tasted like the wings were more grease than they were chicken. Not to even mention the lack of seasoning on the wings. Could have been just bad timing, but it'll be awhile before I try eating here again.
Definitely coming back to this location! I sat at the Bar and ordered Daytona wings and a burger and MAN was it good! Better then the food was Lexi the bartender, she was beautiful inside and out and truly a great example of what hooters is all about! She said she is there every Thursday morning and I will be back to see her!
The manager Melissa is amazing she is very professional and made my visit feel warm and welcome. The waitresses look liked they were having fun and kidded around with all the guest and the food was really good. I would recommend the lake norman hooters to everyone.
I have been back in the states for about 2 months. First place I had to eat was a Hooters and the Mooresville shop did not disappoint. I have been there several times since coming back and the service has been great. Standing out in that crew is the bartender, Lexi. Today she was working the whole store, training a new young lady and did it all quickly and maintaining a friendly demeanor, an out standing example of a Hooters employee.
Staff was great and food was delicious
Horrible service, 30 minutes after being seated still no food order taken, walked out! Waitresses didn't seem to have any clue as to how to take care of their patrons.
