My Name is Brenda, also known to many as the lady who shares John 3 16,I am 68 years old and have very poor health,I was told by Logan a shift manager that Stephanie the GM told him to Refuse to Serve me ,I was told this and left went to My Car, Logan Called Mooresville Police and The Police Officer Assisou Came, to my Car Window and Busted out, Pulled me Out and I'm seriously injured,I Was REFUSED SERVICE FOR TALKING TO THE GUEST , PLEASE BEWARE TALKING TO GUEST IN FIVE GUYS COULD BE DANGEROUS TO YOU,
When we come to a Five Guys we make our order first, wash up and then usually have to waiting 12 to 17mins depending on how busy it is for everything to cook. But my husband went to use to restroom and before he got out out orders were done. So our burgers were not cooked to order. Ours were reheated and really crisp on the ends just to .The burger was just plain cold and not at all what we were accustomed to. The best part of our meal was the hot out of the fryer fries. I've never been to a Five Guy's that doesn't cook to order so its hot and fresh. I was just stopping by Sam's Club and took advantage of stopping to grab a bit to eat so needless to say I wont bother to stop again. The impression I had is this is a normal routine because the manager was doing interviews so she is responsible for the employees work ethics.
Friendly, clean, efficient, and yummy. The food was correctly made and fresh.
Clean dinning area, friendly staff and I fell like this location is faster than other 5 guys
Great food! Excellent staff and service! Best burgers, yummiest fries, and roasted peanut while you wait. ?
We did not call in advance, however, the service was absolutely refreshing. The order was just what we asked to purchase and even though the store was full of customers we were served in a acceptable time frame. The staff is friendly and competent, and aware of good customer service. I definitely would go back.
Everything here is amazing you can't go wrong, even the staff is 5 stars!!
The staff here is friendly and fun and welcoming!
Staff was great, & the food came out hot & fast. My only complaint is the pricing. I used to frequent the very 1st Five Guys, (for all you foodies, it was in VA), back in the day, & the prices were just right, (burgers had better flavor back then too). Since then, it's gone from a bit pricey, (but so worth it) to severely overpriced... & not worth it so much. $31 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, (fountain, not shakes), & 1 small fry is crazy! YES. I know we chose to go, & I'm NOT regretting it. However, ya have to admit that their pricing is out of control.
Good food nice people but too expensive when you're paying 5.99 for a small french fry there's got to be some price adjustments
