I placed an online order for 3 large subs and the dessert pack (12 for $12). After some time my order was placed on the "online order rack". It was in a large bag so assumed they had everything in the bag that I ordered, I grabbed the bag and drove home. The dessert box was not in the bag. I called the store and was placed on hold. After 20 minutes on hold I called back and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Jose came to the phone and identified himself as one if the managers. I explained the long period of being on hold and the missing item from my order. He first responded that the cookies were sold at the register. Once again I explained that I had prepaid for them in my online order. I told him if they didn't have anyone out delivering I wanted a credit if my account. He told my two options were to comeback into the store to get the desserts or Co me in with my credit card fir a refund. I told him i live 12 miles from the store (26 miles round trip) and I wasn't going to spend $4 worth of gas for their mistake and I don't see why you can't credit the card you have in my profile. He responded "you have a nice day" and he hung up the phone. Then I tried to call their corporate # and kept getting into a loop trying to reach someone. That's $12 down the drain.
Food was decent, but service was terrible. The person who took my order looked irritated at everything I said. Good luck getting me to come here again.
Very disappointed in this location today. The store was dirty. Trash receptacles were overflowing, the girl taking our order had the personality of a rock. The drink dispenser was dirty . I've always had great experiences at Firehouse sub locations. Won't be back to this one.
Used to love this place but it has gone completely down hill. Last visit the place was filthy with food all ove the floor and tables, even though there were 4-5 people working yet the place was empty. The restroom door was locked the entire time we were there, and the hand sanitizer was empty. Also tried to get my reward points but got the comment from the person checking me out "oh, I forgot, maybe next time". Totally unacceptable.
I understand the extra wait because of understaffing. (35 mins) But, the quality was terrible. There were greasy finger prints all over the bag and the container I was handed and the steak sub was soggy and not worth the $8 I paid. The staff was very cordial and professional.
Had a medium NY Steamer, tasted great from the cornbeef and pastrami. Speed of service was top notch. The amount of meat in the sandwich is not. Like most sub shops especially chains.....skimpy like subway. Weak
I've been to so many different Firehouse Subs in NC and surrounding areas. The best on is in Hickory Nc and today was the worst one in Mooresville Nc. It was awful, so disappointing for lunch. It was all bread, not toasted, hardly any lettuce. The steak was not seasoned at all, it was so blah. The Hero sub looked like they forgot to put any meat on it. Probably won't be going back to that one for a long long time. Also seems like their bags of chips are getting smaller. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed today ?
I ordered online because of a short lunch hour, arrived 10 minutes past the pick up time and still had no food. Turns out they never received my order? After verifying my online order confirmation, location, empty pick up rack and the actual debit out of my account - only then was when the lady decided to have someone make my order. Knowing I had absolutely no time left, I was left there waiting as they made everyone else’s order. I had to tell the lady again I made an online order due to time. She finally decided to say actual words to someone to make my sandwich. No apologies, no sense of urgency..nothing. To end it all, the sandwich tasted quickly made and dry. Extremely disappointing!
Let me just say thank you to Christopher who was the host and the young ladies making the sandwiches today. They did a great job, all around. I really appreciate your service. My sandwich was also very delicious and filling. I would definitely come back and also recommend this location to family and friends. ( NY steamer & Firehouse Hero sub ) Excellent.
Food is good and flavorful. Also large portions.Why not five stars.Cashier wore mask NONE of the food preparation staff wore a mask. Weird.The wait. Seriously 49 minutes between ordering food and my name called to the counter to pickup food. What did i order? Two sandwiches a brisket and a turkey. Every customer in the store was disappointed at the poor service times. This is flat out unacceptable.While the food was good i will not return. There are too many other places with much better service.
