Drive thru was fast, food was hot and delicious!
Slowest service ever. They don’t turn off the option to make a pick up for walk in when they have the inside closed. So then u place an order for walk in thinking u won’t have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through and then u end up having to do exactly what u we’re trying to avoid. They must not get payed very well because they always have an attitude. Only ever got fast service when there was a manager there. Used to go all the time but stopped because they were never friendly at all and often slow even when not busy.
I agree if I could give this a zero rating I would. A 1 is even deceiving!! I went this this morning for the first time & the experience was horrible. The inside is closed so we have no choice to go to the drive thru. That is fine as I understand the help issue but the help issue was In fact the issue. the girl taking orders was so extremely rude if I could have gotten out of that line & left I would have. then I finally get to the window & the service there was just as rude. I asked for a receipt at the end of it all & you would have thought I asked for his phone!! never again will I go to this branch &highly recommend no one else does either. Where is management?? Where is the owner of this franchise your staff is going to cost you your business:( sad!!
Super fast location with nice staff. Just beware, if you’re like me and just like “a splash” of cream.. they’re still gonna hand you a glass of milk every time. So now I have to get it black anytime I’m here because no one understands what splash means.
Well where do I start? The fact that their name is literally Dunkin’ Donuts, but yet they rarely have donuts. I’ve tried with this place numerous times now. Last night was the last straw. Whoever was working at 6:45 was the most unhelpful person I’ve met. I called ahead to make sure they had donuts because I’ve been craving them. We stop by, my bfs truck actually can’t drive through the drive through because it’s too tall & wide, so I went in the front door. They were still open by the way. I then get met with “I can’t cash you out at any register” I then proceeded to ask what he means? He literally said I couldn’t make a purchase because no one is logged into the registers up front and I’d have to walk through the drive through window. I guess he couldn’t ring me up on the other register that was working?! Why do you have an open sign or your front doors unlocked if you aren’t even going to help customers. I asked why he couldn’t ring me up on the other one? He just stood there like a deer in head lights. I wasn’t paying cash to begin with. After that whole ordeal and having negative experience before, I’ll never be back now. So whoever reads these, just know your employee who was closing on 12/4 at 6:45pm literally denied you a customer because he was too lazy. It blows my mind how some of these people get jobs. What is with all the laziness these days? Between stockers at grocery stores damaging things or putting everything in the wrong spot, to the cashiers everywhere ??♀️ Gen Z needs to learn a thing or two about work ethic. Please do yourself a favor and just close because reading the reviews the owner clearly doesn’t give a rip about customer service. Customers keep you in business or did you forget?! Please just go out of business so a real business can take over.

I visited this location for the first time at approximately 11:30 a.m. on September 26, 2021 through the drive-thru. I was placing my order with the attendant. When she went to confirm my order she did not mention coconut milk which is what I need instead of regular milk. When I confirmed that the drink was going to be made with coconut milk, in an abrupt, sharp, and impolite tone she stated twice, yes I'm adding coconut milk will that be it. Unfortunately, with her tone I would not have trusted that the beverage would be made as needed. I am lactose intolerant. I let her know that I no longer want the beverage and left drive thru.
This DD has to be by far the worst one I have ever been to. They always mess up my order and it’s more expensive than what I wanted (hot vanilla chai) they always add espresso even if I say no espresso and they charge me for it too! This place is ridiculous and I hope you go out of business soon. Everyone is better off going to Clutch Coffee Bar
Staff has been rude and act like we are bothering them. We just get a single order of ice coffee’s and breakfast sandwiches. 70% off the time they never have cream, or coffee flavorings and mess up our order. But we don’t complain as they are kids working.We use to bring our little Jack Russell to get a “small” pup cup on Sundays as a family. The pup cup use to be free, then went to 50 cents (which is fine). Then 1.07. For a little squirt of whip cream! Needless to say we found a local coffee place to go from now on.
