I lived 40 years in CT and drank Dunkin almost daily for 20 of those years. Now I understand why people outside of New England don't like dunkin. The coffee was basically water. The line in drive-thru is always long and slow and the inside is never open. I've been here 3 times total since moving to the area and all 3 times my food was messed up. Twice I got a cold untoasted english muffin sausage sandwich, once they put on a croissant instead of English muffin and once I got essentially raw bacon as snacking bacon. Done with dunkin in the south

The fact that this location is the only one close to my house is frustrating. Frustrating because I genuinely like dunkin. However, this location has zero customer service. The young black guy at the window is the only customer service that place has. That guy always has a smile on his face and is a pleasure to see but that’s about it. I just went through the drive thru to get coffee for myself and a friend. My friend texted me what they’d like. I read exactly what he had texted me and the drive thru person wanted to argue with me and make snarky comments. I’m sorry I’m not an expert at coffee. I drove up to the window and immediately asked who I just spoke to, the young black man instantly knew who and pointed. The man he was referring to must have been a manager because he was wearing a set of keys around his arm. Besides the point, if that was the case and I spoke to the manager through the drive thru, I am very disappointed. Being in management you should know how to treat your PAYING customers regardless if they know anything about coffee or not. Will NOT be coming to this location again.

Holly took my order and never acknowledged anything I said while I ordered. When I got to the window I checked my bag and asked why they couldn’t put the cream cheese on the bagels I ordered they gentleman at the window said “I don’t know i didn’t make them.” When I asked if they could put the cream cheese on the bagel holly told me “if it’s that much of an issue don’t ever come back to this location again”If that’s the kind of customer service dunkin values, I don’t need to visit any of them again.

Seems like the poor management makes the good employees flee this location. The manager, Holly is super unpleasant. I remember about a month or so ago I visited the drive thru and was met by a super pleasant employee. I wish that I would have known her name so I could shout her out but they do not wear name tags and the person that is on the receipt isn't the person that takes your money at the register. I know this because my receipt said Holly and I know that the employee that actually helped me was NOT HOLLY!!! This place needs new management with people who actually care. The amount of times that I have went through the drive thru and asked for bagel minis only to be told that they aren't serving hot food is enough for me. Dunkin' Doughnuts used to be my go-to for coffee and breakfast items. I will settle for McDonald's before I visit this location again. They get my coffee order right and don't deny me hot breakfast. Get it together Dunkin'!!! There are too many other options here in Mooresville for you guys to be sub-par!!! As for the manager, Holly, you need to find something that you are happy doing instead of spreading your negativity to people who honestly want to patron the brand that you are supposed to protect with good customer service.

I had stopped going to this location as the drink quality was poor. I decided to revisit over the last month. At the beginning it was a Wonderful surprise, Pleasant staff, wonderful smiles, and great drinks...several weeks passed with consistency...........that all halted today with these words "I'm Holly, I'm the manager, and I DON'T CARE!" This was her reply-(yelling) as she handed me my coffee after I politely asked where all the smiling friendly faces were. Evidently it was she who gruffly and rudely took my order, scanned my phone app, and handed me my drink. WOW is all I can say. Here's a thought, Holly, find a job that you DO CARE about and stop ruining someone else's business. Find a new manager, PLEASE.

I stopped there this morning after leaving the doctor with my sick infant. I asked to purchase a cup of hot water to warm up his bottle and they REFUSED to sell it to me. I was told “they couldn’t ring it up”. I told the lady I had a sick, hungry child and I had forgotten water at home for him and she still refused, even offering cash. I felt this was awful and heartless.

Never have I told anyone off that has to deal with the public, until today. First a male was Taking my order when I asked it he could separate the order he said no, I jokingly said what if pretend we’re just two different cars, before I could even get it out a lady came over and said no. Ok…he then asks again what I would like to order. I say my order and was waiting for my daughter to answer and the lady comes over the speaker again with full attitude with a, what do you want. At this point I asked her if she wanted to know the size of the coffee I was paying for, before she could answer I was over it. I pulled out of the line went around the building to go inside and it was locked. So I went full frickin Karen. Got back in line just to get up to that magic little box waited for her to ask how I was before I let her know she was a C. U. Next Tuesday and she just lost a costumer. Conveniently no one will answer the phone or give you the manager to speak to while there. I won’t be going back.

I pulled into a very long line and became concerned that I would have to leave to get to work on time. But the line moves very well. They only had two workers and they rocked it. Great job guys

If so could give zero stars I would. They didn’t answer the phone to ask about getting a hot bagel. The staff should have put on voicemail that they aren’t serving hot food. Very disappointed and the staff was rude when I complained about not answering the phone.

I had placed a mobile order for picking up 2 donuts. Turned out that they were out of donuts, and I was told that as the manager is not present they cannot give me a refund at that time and I should come back the next morning. When I arrived the next morning the manager was EXTREMELY rude and without asking/checking any details said that she cannot verify my order. When I said that I have paid for the order and that I have a receipt for it, she rudely refunded the money. No apology for making us come back, no courteousness for not serving the donuts... NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!
