Purchased lemon filled donut and the lemon in it tasted just like pine sol cleaner.. Never again will I purchase from there again...I have not issues with this place until now and I'm worried if I will get sick...lemon filling does not taste like pine sol...well it's not suppose to
How is the online hours not accurate? And how are you going to let people wait at the drive thru for 5 mins and not say anything? Correct the hours on your google page or change the hours on the window. Awful customer service.
The last 3 times I was at this location they where out of donuts. The 4th time I came inside and I didn’t order donuts just a iced coffee but I over herd the drive though lady telling the person. We are out of this we are out of that. And then after the order was over looked over at her do worker and said “I don’t know why this lady it’s catching a attitude with me” I felt like saying maybe because you don’t have anything! They need to keep more stock of things they have to offer on the menu or take it off
Got choked from almost swallowing a piece of plastic from within my dunkin hot chocolate while drinking it. I made a mess of my shirt, shorts and my couch trying to spit it up. Shaken from almost choking on plastic, I called the "manager" currently on-shift who hung up on me twice rather than try to remedy the situation and had the balls to imply I planted the plastic piece in my own drink. Never ordering from this dunkin again and the manager is a terrible human being. To the manager I spoke with who did not give me his name, this will be taken up with Dunkin corporate. :)
I’m pretty sure his name is Cameron. He is by far my favorite. Always a pleasant employee to talk too. Tonight he offered my 5 year old a donut, what he didn’t know is we have had a rough 24 hours and he threw in not just one but 4 donuts and gave me the best coffee. I’m a young mom who is a full time employee, and a full time student. It was much needed. If you see this Cameron, you rock.
this is my first ever review because i like to give companies the benefit of the doubt but i always have a problem with this location. their coffee always tastes burnt and their frozen mochas at this specific location have this very weird unpleasant flavor. once i also ordered a coolata and it honestly tasted like sour chemicals, i don’t know how to explain it. they seem to have issues with making drinks because they always taste very off. i’ve gotten the wrong order multiple times as well. another problem i have every time is when i ask for one specific flavor of munchkin they tell me yes we can do that, and then i get a box full of every flavor and only maybe 5 munchkins in the flavor i asked for. i understand the understaffing and the stress but managers need to up their game on getting orders correct.
I’m honestly just tired of leaving this place with the wrong coffee order every time. It’s really disappointing to see this place go down hill, used to be my favorite place to stop.

This is the second time I've wasted a lunch break trying to get food! This one was great because there was a line of cars waiting to order (I guess the employees left for a bit or something) and then they start yelling "NO NO NO NO" when I ask for food.So yeah, ***" them.
