This location hates their customers! The management is inept. I have been working on a project near this location and have tried to have breakfast and lunch there several times over the past few weeks. I say try because there are always roadblocks that prevent you from having a smooth transaction. The doors were locked at 11:15 am today. I had to go through the drive-through and then they said that they are short staffed and that they couldn't take cash because the registers were down. Short staffed means that the manager is not doing his or her job correctly. At other visits I was told that I had to go through the drive-through to pickup my app-order and then I could come inside to sit down and eat. What happened to the good old days when you could just walk up, order, sit-down and eat. Does Dunkin' really want customers to have this kind of negative experience every time? I am not the type to leave negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so after five consecutive fails at just trying to get a bacon, egg and cheese on a sour-dough and a cup of coffee. Please fix this disfunction!
Love Dunkin Donuts in general, but this location needs to get it together. My experiences here have ways been either total hit or total miss. But. On top of that, according to the staff, they're currently not doing walk-ins, and are only accepting cash. But you can do mobile orders (which you can walk in to pickup). Lol What.Super unhelpful service.
This location is conveniently located for me so I stop from time to time. Everytime is do they are either closed during normal business hours or out of stock of things like donuts and coffee. Donuts!!! It's in your name, how are you not able to keep donuts in stock! Their food and coffee is mediocre and without the convenience of them having what you want in stock, I'm not sure what the point of this store is. Please do us all a favor and close your doors and let Starbucks move in.

Not sure what’s up with all of the negative reviews, probably from people who are traveling. We are lucky to live down the street from this Dunkin’ and the ladies here are the best! You can tell they make your drink with love. You guys are awesome!!
I love Dunkin's but don't waste your money at this location. I went inside, hoping the service and food would be top notch. The girl taking my order was not listening to me at all, had to repeat myself multiple times because she was laughing in her earpiece at whatever her coworker was saying. I was the only one in there with almost no drive-thru line so I know it wasn't work related. I got the mini stuffed bagels and they were still ice cold despite being "fresh" out of the oven. My iced coffee had absolutely no flavor, I ordered a flavor swirl with cream and Splenda and I think all they did was add cream because it tasted like water. Overall one of the worst Dunkin experiences I've ever had.

Dine in seems to be indefinitely closed. No signage etc. Just employees watching you try locked doors at 9 am.
