I worked for Domino’s for 3 years and I am less than impressed at the one in Mooresville. I worked there for as long as I did including on management level and I can a thousand percent say their customer service is rude, unwilling to help and I was really dumb founded at the way they responded to my issue. Wings are not cooked fully by their ovens to people who do not like slimy chicken. I have always ran my wings through the oven twice because all they have to do is grab it and put it on the belt to go through again. That is the same thing that they do for well done pizza. It’s not hard, doesn’t require extra product, literally only takes 5 extra minutes for it to run through. I was met by people telling me that it was impossible to run them through twice, I was passed to 5 different people to speak to, I was laughed at and basically told oh well you can cancel then. Which I gladly did and immediately called Pizza Hut. Congratulations pizza hut you have gained a new regular customer now because I refuse to deal with the kids that are ruining the Domino’s in Mooresville.
Trash. Ordered delivery for my sick parents since they couldn’t go anywhere due to Covid. Two hours later with no response or phone pickup, I went up there asking where the food was. It was sitting on the shelf for 1 hour 20 minutes. The manager was hiding in the bathroom instead of working. Phones were off. He blamed corporate for my food not being delivered.

Absolute garbage!! Pizza was burnt to blackness and nobody will pick up the phone when I call! Will never order from this Dominos again!! Also they only want to give me 20% off my next order or a free two topping medium pizza when I ordered a specialty pizza that costs way more! This was having to do it online. So now I’m stuck with a pizza I can’t eat and money wasted! Not a great way to do business if you ask me!
Not sure if it was the day or time but when we tried to call they never answered. Eventually we ordered online and we got exited. It said that the pizza would take approximately 75 minutes but it stayed on prep the entire time and the pizza never showed up. Ordered at 5:49. It is currently 8:23. It says open on the website so if it is closed at least update the website. Although, we have ordered other times and it had good results. This time however, I was not impressed.
My brother got the New York style cheese, and the pepperoni. We went with carryout because there was a deal. Put our blinkers on and someone brought out the ?.
Apparently their phone doesn't work, was on hold for 35 mins so I placed the order online and reviewed my $38 order twice before placing it and they still got it wrong. This also was the 3rd time this has happened so I drove back there and they never brought a manager out to speak with me and began to argue that it was my fault, so I asked for my refund so I can leave and then he said sorry our phone doesn't work, how does a place like that run a business without a phone, your a pizza restaurant, delivering or carryout, you should have a phone!!! Will never go back there again!
We ordered a veggie pizza and it was okay, pizza hut has much better taste in my experience.
Web order would not complete. Phone order was on hold more than 15 minutes. I am an angry customer.
I went in to order a pizza, while the lady was ringing up my order I was watching the guy who was making the pizzas, he had on No gloves! picking food items up with his bare hands and wiping his hands on his apron, and his apron was filthy! I canceled my order and left I will never go there again!
