Just walked out of Denny's in Mooresville NC . Worst service. Servers(if you want to call them that) had hardly no customers. Took them forever to take order. The server that we had . Her shirt was filthy she didn't have her hair secured and continuously scratched her nose without washing her hands. My husband ordered coffee and his cu did not filled and sat empty for 15 minutes. The other servers were doing nothing. We decided to leave . My daughter asked for our bill and all the servers took it upon themselves to speak gang up on her. The restaurant was disgustingly nasty. I. Today s economy we work to hard for money to be treated like that. The health department needs to be notified.
My over easy eggs were too well done. The hash browns were like cardboard. When cleaning a table the person dropped the rag on the floor and picked it up and finished cleaning the table. The carpets needed vacuumed but needed scrubbed and replaced more.
As soon as we walked in, I told the hostess 2 please. A group was ahead of us so I wasn't jumping in front of them, I was just letting her know we were there. She replied I'm going to seat them first. I acknowledged it and I wasn't trying to be confrontational. She told us we were ready and headed to a section closer to the front door only then to have us standing and tell us we can't sit over there. Then she started heading to the back by the kitchen. Yes, I'm black and it's 2022.
Back in December the service and food was good. now it is terrible.they are destroying what used to be a good restaurant.the steak was burnt they forgot my has browns and I was the only person in there and it took 45 minutes.over medium eggs was burnt.totally disgusting I will not be returning plus on top of that they was talking like they was at a block party not at work especially the new manager. I was stunned when she said she was the new manager actually after watching how she carried herself
Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The food was amazing, came out fast and hot. Refills where completed before I even asked for them. There is no better way to enjoy a meal quick and efficiently that this location.
We have always enjoyed our experience at Denny’s in Mooresville. The staff were great. The staff this morning at 9 in the morning were talking to each other like dogs loudly in front of the customers. The what I believe are managers were speaking to the staff in a very rude manner and completely embarrassed them. They were also loudly discussing upper management and work related issues on the floor in front of the customers. I have always loved this place but this was a bag experience and I don’t believe my family will be back.
They have been using an excuse of being short staffed for such a long time now. I placed a ubereats order at 6:00 p.m. they didn't start preparing it till 6:45 and then put it together all rushed and not even neatly inside the to go container. Not to mention the fact they lost my ticket
The waitress had her fingernails in our food when she set it down on the table, a waitress was rubbing on her face between customers and not washing her hands, the food really didn't taste good definitely would not be back to this one.
We ate here on a Saturday afternoon with no wait to get a booth. The old lady had a water and I had a sprite. She ordered the country fried steak and eggs over medium with hash browns and I had the cheese burger with avocado and seasoned fries.She wanted the eggs Benedict version that Denny's offers but was told that they stop serving them at 2 pm. It's supposed to be breakfast all the time, it's the main reason that I kept one star. The service of good the food was delicious and the price was right and I left full lol
Went during snow storm. Everything was closed but the manager welcomed us in with open arms. The service was top notch, food was fast, hot and extremely good. Has to be the best Dennys in America. Would go back in a heartbeat, you should go too.
