We’ve given this location about 5 chances. Every time we go we’re either missing items or we receive something different from what we ordered. The food itself is average for fast food but definitely not worth the price. The staff however is this place’s only saving grace. We have always had very courteous and helpful staff. If they could just get the order right we’d come so much more often!
Burger - 5 stars!Service, cleanliness, and burger extras - 0-1 starWe eat here when we are craving a good burger (3-4 times per month), but we should probably start bringing our own condiments. The amount of tomato, lettuce, bacon, mustard, ketchup, whatever are minuscule at best. The running joke is that it looks like someone sneezed mustard or ketchup on our burgers. And the bacon? Don't even think about it. ?
Clean , well lit . Ample dining room space . Both sweet tea and regular tea full . Cups and lids available and neatly stacked. CC lean restrooms as well . Good selection of frozen treats .
The past three times we have visited the service has been extremely slow. I understand there are shortages of workers, but this is a bit extreme. Tonight it took 10 minutes to order and then 30 minutes to receive the food (just two single burger combos). When the food arrived, the burger was raw in the middle.Before our food arrived someone brought someone else’s order to us and left it even though I indicated it was incorrect. He said he would come back but didn’t. Five minutes later I took the food back to the counter and they took it to the unlucky person who was likely receiving cold food. Not to mention, why would they trust that I didn’t contaminate the food?We’re so disappointed as Culver’s was one of our favorite quick places to eat but we likely won’t return.
This location is a joke, I had to wait 40mins for my food in the drive thru!!! It’s fast food not fine dining!! The only explanation I received it was busy, the fact is they did not have enough employees and they are blaming the customers!! Don’t eat here if you are under a time crunch, it you have days to spend then by All means go to the drive through, pack a lunch and sit and wait for your food, I’m sure by dinner time you will be hungry again!!
I just brought our large family into your restaurant at 9:30pm. Only 30 min before closing and your entire staff was incredible. They didn’t make us feel rushed, all food was fresh and hot and all employees were extremely friendly. Thank you for such a great experience when our kids were tired and hungry.
Burgers were hot, fresh, delicious, and made to order. Service was fast and friendly. Best burger I've had in years! The custard "Concrete Mixers" are delicious as well. Will definitely be going back!
Ordered the Deluxe burger and got more lettuce and bread then meat! “Where’s the beef?” It was also burnt! Both burgers were nasty and cold! Why the heck would u make customers pull over and wait 10 minutes for your food? As if it’s MTO? NOT! “WELCOME TO DELICIOUS?” That’s a JOKE!!
