After waiting 38 minutes just to get our order taken, another 24 minutes to get the order, they still can't even do the simplest of tasks. A five piece nugget with a large fry. That was the order I waited almost an hour for. And they didn't even give me the nuggets. Just the fries. I have no words for this level of incompetence. I will NEVER return. And I encourage all of you that follow me to not even waste your time here.
This is one of my favorites places to get late night grub, incidentally, the past few times I went, we’re not so great. ?. The one that been working the first drive through lane has been slacking effort. Either the people in the back are slacking or it’s the cashier. Either way, items have been missing, shakes have been all messed up and they just don’t have much charisma in their duty of customer service. However, I will continue to still go there as needed. I know some people just don’t know any better and I’m not going to let some duds keep me away from great food! Hopefully they’ll get back on track and fix the errors of their ways. I also could be just being petty since they messed up my order. I just know that most people don’t appreciate having to go back up to the window or call back with complaints.
Burger was okay.Fries were soggy.Hotdog was cold.I'd eat here again if it had to but I'd probably not have a burning desire to visit again. It could be so much better with minimal changes.
This place is fantastic!If you are hungry, you won't be after leaving here. The menu is loaded with so many options!They have combo meal options where you can get a main course option as a side. Want a cheeseburger, a corn dog and a second cheeseburger... you can order that as your meal. There are so many options to choose from!And speaking of options, want a shake as your drink... they have a load of them! They have around 40 different flavors of flavors to choose from.The service is very fast and very friendly.But I think the best part, the cherry on top, is the prices! This place is so affordable! With all the options available this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just makes me sad that there isn't one near me in Ohio!
Usually love Cook Out.. especially our hometown one.. but tonight this was my burger.. very disappointed lately with the quality going down hill.. everything soggy, small over cooked patties, yuck
5????? Just go through drive thru or the convenient walk up window…order a hamburger with your favorite condiments…one bite… add a side of choice…have a milkshake …you will be hooked! Don’t skip on Cheese Bites!???I’m always somewhere and nowhere.. follow me to see where I am not!
Cookout is my go to late night craving spot!! Can’t beat the price for a tray. And the milkshakes are always delicious!Also, very good chili and hush puppies ?
The quality of food that I got at almost 1 am is impressive I unwrapped my food and it was commercial quality looking who still cares at one in the morning ... Cookout in Mooresville does . These people made food as if it was for them . Give these people a raise .
I rarely write reviews but I stopped here a little after midnight tonight on the way back from a 5 hour drive family emergency because we were desperate. Didn’t have a terrible experience at the location but got home to take a nice bite out of my juicy burger that was pink through and through. Will never be back.
Ordered food was great and hot but was missing a lot of my food. I got two Cajun chicken trays and was missing both fries and an additional cheese bites. Just deciding o. Whether or not I come back ever.
