Not the best experience this time. Very messy. Countertop was very gross, couldn’t sign recipe. All employees looked very messy. Hair not tidy. I understand messy looks, but not this type of work should it be allowed. We went outside to eat as it was busy. My husband pulled out a long hair from his ice cream. Ok, so it happens. Then there was another. No !! 19.27 was refunded. I understand it can happen. But there was enough employees to have allow for cleanup. And hair needs to be brushed and put back! Hats on and tidy. It’s like a disorganized chaos. Wont return. Sad
Went in tonight and ordered a few signature creations. I asked for one to also have gummy bears. One gal made two orders and was super polite! The girl who made the gummy bear order looked irritated that I asked for an add in, scoffed when I asked for a lid, and then tossed the order across the counter. She didn’t give us a spoon or say anything to end the transaction. The nice girl gave us a spoon and said have a great night. I understand it was an hour til close but please give us the add ins we paid for and don’t throw the ice cream across the counter. We weren’t difficult or rude so it wasn’t necessary to be rude to us.
Went to this location on 12/17 around 9:30pm, the guy that made my order was extremely rude and did not give me a chance to even customize my order before they started to make it. Then when I checked out and asked for a lid he gave me one that was clearly too big for the cup and didn't even change it out for the correct size.

Typical Cold Stone. Plenty of ice creams to choose from. Lots of choices. Service was quick and polite. For the money, I still prefer Dairy Queen or Andy's Frozen Custard.
