Marlena. The new employee who was hired by Chipotle in Mooresville. It was her first day today, I was her first customer. She thought it would be hilarious to make fun of me because I asked for a sprinkle of cheese. First, she put a single strand of cheese on my bowl and then 3 more when I asked. I went back to ask for a cup when they forgot. She didn’t see me and was saying ‘OLD PEOPLE ARE SO PICKY about their CHEESE!!! ‘ Her coworker Leah was dying laughing. I asked if she was talking about me and she said YES and they continued to laugh. I am so happy you can make that generalization after working half an hour on your 1st day. Way to go, employee of the month. Anyone older than a teenager will be made fun of by Marlena. Chipotle, call me when she’s gone. By the way, her extra long nappy curls need to be put away. They were touching my sprinkle of cheese. So unsanitary and dirty!

Beware when ordering on the app at this location. Today I got a mini burrito that was torn down the top. This is the second time I have ordered at this location via the app and both times it's been a sub-par experience.

They didn’t have any options as far as toppings go, out of everything and they weren’t prepping anything, I almost went into a diabetic coma waiting for my food and no one was in line in front of me, on top of that they couldn’t give me the right amount of change and took 10 minutes to open up the drawer.I love Chipotle and will never go back to this location as it seems I’m not the only one receiving terrible service

Never order via the Chipotle app!! First time doing it and it was 90% rice, maybe 10-12 chicken chunks, they forgot the corn salsa and fajita veggies on one of the bowls and had no tortillas available. I'll make sure to watch and wait IF we go back.

Terrible. My son was given an meal with a wad of paper. The manager Tyler offered to remake when my son almost choked on paper, thankfully he’s older and was able to recognize there was something wrong.

If this is a franchise corporate needs to get involved. Always understaffed, always out of ingredients, online orders are never ready on time, orders are rarely correct, and the in store wait is insufferable. You've given me countless free meals because I complain in the app, but I'd much rather have an enjoyable experience and pay for my food....

Decent Chipotle but they don't seem the keep the tabasco sauces stocked nor has that area been clean any of the times I've been there. I usually have to ask staff for hot sauce but they seem annoyed about it.

One of our favorite places to eat but this one is managed very poorly. Everytime we go they are out of food, all the tables are dirty, drinks are out, and trash cans are overflowing.

If I could give them Zero Stars, I would. Worst experience ever! Waited almost 2 hours for an order we placed on the App. They continually filled the walk in orders, before the take-out orders. Complained to the manager and eventually got our order filled. We got home only to see our order was incorrect…got a burrito instead of a bowl. If they didn’t have enough workers to run the shift, they should have closed for the evening. Complete incompetence.
