Seems like a cool place in a nice area, but destiny is a female that works for this establishment who is very rude over the phone even more in person she doesn’t care about her work ethics or her employees. I can’t believe they have a rude individual working for them when all in all it didn’t even have to be that way. I can’t believe the disrespect that girl has so freaking rude
This was the best Chili’s experience my husband and I had in several years! When we arrived, the hostess held the door open for us and greeted us. We were sat immediately despite there being a small crowd.Our server and her trainee were very friendly and gave prompt service. The food came out quickly, was hot and tasted great! Our drinks were always filled as well. The manager also came by our table a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly.Thanks for making this a great experience for us. We will definitely be coming back!
I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s been good. Today wasn’t the case. I ordered take out shrimp fajitas and I don’t know how they could make it any more flavorless. The toppings were fine but the shrimp, peppers and onions were gross. No flavor and the veggies were over cooked. I’m only leaving this review because there wasn’t a way to leave feedback on the app from where I ordered. I’m quite disappointed and I love chilis.
We love chilis and frequently get it to go. We decided to dine in for lunch and it was horrible. The service was horrible. The bartender who was also our waitress had 0 personality, seemed miserable and coughed all over us and our baby. She kept saying it’s allergies but at least cover your mouth ??♀️. We never even think about not tipping and we did tip but we thought about it. She kept walking past our table while we sat there waiting for her to come so we could get a box and pay. We said screw the box and finally she walked by and we got her attention and for a server to look like a dear in the headlights when you ask for the check after being there an hour was very strange. Like she didn’t expect it? I would’ve paid on the kiosk had it been charged…
Nobody seems interested in the cleanliness of the facility. Nobody seems to be in charge, and the food is ALWAYS cold... especially the fries. Nothing is worse than greasy, cold french fries. The hostess on duty could care less, no menu, no silverware. Couldn't even get ketchup. Whoever owns this place better get involved. Place is dirty, bathrooms dirty, and tables/bar area dirty. Nobody cares.
One of our favorite spots to frequent. There is a good variety to choose from on the menu. Prices are reasonable. Monthly drink specials are great.
Literally loved chili's but usually eat during lunch and I'm pregnant was craving the fried pickles and they were burnt made me puke didn't taste the pickle at all... literally all I tasted was the batter and oil just disgusting I regret ordering this and paying my money. Won't be back
Considering the dining room is closed half of the time and when they are open they close really early they ought just not even be open at all.

1st Review since making my new Food Critic Social,Chili's Grill And BarMy experience as this restaurant was really disappointing of my visit. I order a side of Cheddar Bites and they came out fair to Salty and Sour. The Waiter ignored me once I asked for a straw for my drink which is quite rude. I ordered a Bacon Rancher Burger which was up to my standards but could have been made better. Waiter was not the best and could improve. Waiting time was great. But overall my experience was not the best compared to all the restaurants I've been too.
