This location always seems to be out of something that I attempt to order. Either the ice cream machine is down or they are out of an item, I have yet to be able to place an order and receive everything we ask for, and I only order the same 4-5 things every time. The service is a decent speed, but the customer service varies depending on who you deal with and how busy they are. At peak times, the parking lot backs up and navigating the parking lot gets trickier. Overall, it's your typical fast food restaurant.
I always come to this location. Usually it's always a nice polite experience before today. Went through drive thru line was backed up but, was moving pretty fast . Well get up to the window to receive my order and just simply asked to add a drink for my son . And, the manager Casey at the window smarts off and says there adding stuff and it's ridiculous that they need to do it back there. It ONLY TOOK TWO SECONDS OF HIS PRECIOUS LITTLE TIME and we didn't hold his drive thru line up at all. That was so uncalled for!!
So I have to say that this is hands down the busiest Chick-Fil-A I have EVER seen but also the most efficient! We went through the drive-thru last night around 6:45 and both lanes were packed - but there were a total of 4 people taking orders & payments, another lady doing something else (we didn't need her help but other cars did) and 2 guys at the window actually handing out the food. Gotta give it to them, the whole thing was pretty impressive (aside from them almost giving us the wrong order at the window, but that was resolved quickly). And the food was good and our order was correct, which is what really matters! We don't stop by often (because it's always super busy) but it's never a bad experience when we do!
I love chick-fil-a. The employees are just above and beyond. Always. This is why I’m a tad disappointed today. I don’t each spicy food so I ordered the Deluxe chicken sandwich that’s not supposed to be spicy. At least I assume because they have a “spicy deluxe” option. I didn’t expect this.
We had three separate orders. Everyone had their individual app scanned. However, your employee told us that she had to scan it again, but apparently she didn't. I didn't receive my points and lo and behold there was no receipt in the bag once I got home. I left my feedback on the app to no avail. Albert C gave me a generic response. I am highly disappointed in Chick-fil-A.________________________________________________________________________
The government could take some lessons from this company, they continue to find ways to streamline their operations. I can go there with drive through backed up and get through in a relatively short time. The employees are trained well and know what customer service is.
Glad to call this my home CFA. I come here very often; perhaps a few times a week. The experience is always memorable. Betty (one of the hosts) is amazing, she is always positive and attentive to your needs.
Horrible customer service!!! Not friendly at all. We were very rudely told to move from the doorway because we stood there for longer than 2 minutes speaking to someone we ran into. Rude. Rude. RUDE. We were by no means in anyone's way. We won't be visiting again and I WILL be letting people know what jerks the chick fil people were tonight. So much for being a Christian restaurant, sure didn't act like Christians to me. Took over 40 minutes just to get a single milkshake, where else was I supposed to stand while waiting that long for it?????? What a joke.
Probably THE BEST chikfila i have ever stepped foot in. Best attitude and very friendly outgoing and helpful staff. The customer service exceedingly surpasses any other ive been to. Sooo friendly sweet and professional.There was a mistake on my order because i used a gift card and thry still charged me for the item. But after telling the staff they quickly got a manager to resolve the mistake and refund my money in no time.
I was in the drive through and I was back near the nearby hotels and in LESS than 20 minutes, I had my food. That is amazing that y'all are so quick and your food is amazing! I don't have one bad thing to say about any of your restaurants ❤
