I asked a few questions about how the fries and fish burger is prepared. The manager explained them in detail. They can microwave the fish instead of grilling to prevent cross-contamination. Fries are fried in a separate oil. They were friendly and helpful.If you want a Vegetarian king Jr menu, ask them to put no patty between the buns.
Food was absolutely disgusting. There was no syrup in the coke, asked for extra mayo on the whoppers, and got none. The hamburger patty looked disgusting, and the chicken nuggets had a slimy texture, that ive never encountered before. I told my husband as we were pulling in that there must have been a reason why no one was in line or in the parking lot, and now we know why. After looking at other reviews, I can see this is a common occurrence and people have learned to stay away. Thankfully, we don't live up this way, and won't have to eat here again. And that's a shame, I normally love BK.
This place is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. We won't be eating here again. Immature and understaffed employees. Cold food. Long waits. Got the order all wrong. We paid for extra pickles, received none. Cheese was left off all my whoppers that I paid for. I wanted to ask for condiments, and I was rudely cut off and told "We can't add anything else to your order as we are understaffed and busy..." Completely RUDE. Avoid this place and save your money for a more deserving restaurant.
Was told to walk in that they didn't have anyone to run the drive-thru. There was only two other customers inside. They really weren't busy at all and had 5 or more people walking around in the back of the store. Seems like management needs some further training. On the positive side the food was hot and fresh but the fries had absolutely no salt.
People are just impatient. Everyone should know people are understaffed and trying their best and trying to do speedy service to please customers. I say to the whole Burger King staff stay strong and continue to do your best. No one is perfect in the world as long as you do your best and stay friendly even with rude guests you will be just fine.
This location consistently and constantly SUCKS!! You will be lucky if they’re not out of something. How are you a burger place and don’t have meat?? But even worse, they are ALWAYS RUDE and have absolutely no customer service at all. This place should be closed down!! Terrible service and horrible examples of human beings
Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I placed a drive through order on my way home from work. I ordered a whopper melt, single patty bacon whopper and 2 kids meal. The melt was not in the bag and they gave me a double bacon whopper which was cold and nasty looking. The fries and onion rings were stale and cold. Upon calling back the store to inform them of the mistakes, Tamara took my order, the employee who answered was GROSSLY unprofessional after I told her I would not be able to return as I was already home. She proceeded to tell me that “ I was calling the store for no reason if I wasn’t coming back with the food” and then DISCONNECTED the call on me. Is this the kind of customer service that Burger King stands by? Absolutely disgusting and vile.
Prior BK fan, unfortunately the last few times I have been the food has been disgusting. Cold food, chicken that was at least 2 days old... it was inedible. Sad because I have always liked BK.. and to know they saw my 4 children and still served us cold old inedible food.. terrible
I had a really rough day. Just needed to feed my kids and get home. I pull up to BK, And was smiling by the time I drove away. Service this eve was outstanding. The ladies at the window and on speaker were on point. The kindness was shining. Dee and Keori were so friendly. This just goes to show you... You NEVER know what people are battling, and just a lil bit of kindness and a smile, goes A LONG WAY. Thank you girls. Keep those beautiful souls shining!
Have frequented Burger King in Mooresville NC recently. Great food and great service. Good is always hot and fresh. Coffee is hot and excellent in taste
